Super Clean, 100-Acre Riverfront Ranch, Fantastic Views, Great Location.

Definitely would recommend this property! Owners onsite, checked in on us shortly after our arrival to make sure all was well, spacious rooms, wonderful property with many trails as well centrally located to Palisades many fine wineries. We will return to this property.

Repeated visit for us. Host lives on property and waved hello, made visible his accessibility if we needed anything.Unit is indeed fully furnished. Setting is excellent, adjacent to park/bike path, and backs to the river.

We loved the property. Great views of the surrounding mesas, Colorado River and the ranch itself. For dogs, it is perfect as there is nice lawn directly out the door of the perch and the river bend trail that is also a dog park that starts about 100 yards from the door. The indoor space was clean and comfortable. Well stocked with towels, paper products and kitchenware. (Lacking salt and pepper but they did have other spices for cooking) Close proximity to many of the wineries and peach stands. It was 100 degrees out during our stay so we had a nice time enjoying the A/C in Carboy Winery’s tasting room just minutes away.

Beautiful relaxing place to stay. The walks around the property and down by the river was a daily treat. Enjoyed the views from the patio. The place was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful property! The riverside walks surrounded by orchards and nearby dog park made the location extra special. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We loved our stay here, very clean and nicely decorated property with everything we needed, including suggestions for what to do, where to eat. The property itself was beautiful, and we enjoyed dining outdoors, watching the sunset, taking walks, and our dog loved the beautiful lawn!

We loved our time at the Palisade River Ranch. The location felt quiet and secluded but was close to the fruit stands, wineries and restaurants in Palisade. The property was lovely with its ponds, short walk to the Colorado River and views of the book cliffs. Farm fresh eggs were such a treat. Highly recommend and and plan to come back some day.

Beautiful location, clean and well appointed apartment. Very private and secluded. Owners were very accommodating and assisted with any needs. We walked the property and enjoyed all the amenities. Fresh eggs were a nice addition. Highly recommended!
