Beautiful home in wine and peach country + views of Mt Garfield & the Grand Mesa

Beautiful and comfortable property! The house is spacious, clean, and well appointed. The views are stunning, especially early spring when the trees are blossoming! The location is convenient to restaurants, wineries, and the local palisade rim hike. We had a great time and would love to return!

This is one the best properties we have ever stayed, and we've stayed in a lot. The property was super clean and had everything we needed. The property manager communicated every step of the way, and she was very friendly and helpful. Honestly, one of the best maintained and managed properties we've experienced.

We loved the Lily Pad! What an amazing house and such a great location. It was very big and well stocked through out the house. The kitchen was the best stocked I have ever seen, which made it easy for cooking at home. We were there for a ski race at Powderhorn and it was an easy drive to the resort. We would stay here again and highly recommend this house.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! It was the perfect setting for our Thanksgiving family vacation. The house was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, making it feel welcoming from the moment we walked in.The kitchen was especially impressive—fully stocked with everything we needed to cook our entire Thanksgiving meal without a single hassle. From bakeware to utensils to plenty of counter space, it made hosting and cooking for our family so easy and enjoyable.The layout of the home gave everyone space to relax, and the outdoor areas were just as lovely. It truly felt like a home away from home.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend the holiday together. Highly recommend, and we would definitely stay here again!

This house is stunning! Beautiful views from both the front and back. Situated on a lovey peach orchard. Bikeable to several wineries. Quiet and peaceful. Owner was pleasant to communicate with. Highly recommend!

I’ve rented quite a few properties from both VRBO and other property rental companies and this property was the absolute BEST one! It was perfectly located, modern, well appointed and clean. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. When I contacted the property manager to ask if we could check out an hour later than normal so our grandson could be fed before leaving, she didn’t hesitate to extend our check out time. If/when we return to Palisade, I will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful new home. Loved the kitchen appliances. Found it spotless. Plenty of towels and toiletries. All important things to me. We had a wonderful time in Palisade.
