The Sundowner - Gorgeous Victorian Home Just 1 Block from Beach and Downtown!

We had a wonderful stay at the Sundowner over New Year’s. Jean the manager was super full helpful and we had a great experience.

The host was very welcoming and the house was incredibly clean. This was our 3rd stay at this house with our young 2 kids and dog and we always have the best time! The house is in the perfect location. The beds are very comfortable and decorated so cute. We will definitely be back again some day!

The house was nicely decorated and felt open and bright. Hosts were very quick in responding to messages. All in all I feel the listing was accurate and the house was pleasant, would definitely consider renting again.

Everything was great. The kitchen had everything we needed. The yard was small but great for the dogs. So close the beach . We walked down to the beach and had it all to ourselves . Would stay again .

This was second time staying here. Cannot beat the location! Very comfortable with everything you need.

Overall we were so happy with our stay! Really cute and spacious house, perfect location in between beach and town. All the amenities were great, kitchen was well stocked with cookware and bathroom was well stocked as well. Only downside was that one of the bedrooms was listed as having a queen and a twin when we booked, which we were counting on fully using - the bedroom was just two twins. I did see the listing was updated, but that meant one of our guests had to sleep on the couch. That aside, this is a great spot!

This property is exceptionally clean and provides many amenities like toiletries, kitchen spices, foil, plastic wrap, ample dishes, flatware, pots and pans, and Keurig coffee. Ample space in the house to have meals, spread out, and relax. Grounds are well groomed, and the house retains its 1908 character along side a well-done remodel. Really enjoyed the short walk to the beach.Property manager is excellent -- very responsive and genuinely interested in making sure one's stay goes very well.

We had to make a last-minute booking because of a family tragedy, but we were pleasantly surprised by our choice. The location was absolutely stunning, and we fell in love with the house! It turned out to be a perfect retreat during a difficult time.

The house is exactly as described, with plenty of room for our family of 4. Our dogs loved the fenced yard. The location is perfect to walk to the beach or town.

A cozy yet spacious place for a holiday. The house has been renovated, is very clean, and was a great place to stay. It’s a short walk to the beach as well as Main Street and all the shops. Highly recommend!

Well appointed home and about a block to the public beach! Comfy bed and plenty of seating in the living room for watching tv at night. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and the quality of the pots, pans, utensils are good. Our pup loved the front porch - the fenced yard is nice too.

My Mom, dog and I stayed at the Sundowner. We love this beautiful home just one block from the beach and Frankfort pier and lighthouse. Sundowner is very clean and has a well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds and furniture. We spend a lot of time on the little patio. It is really the perfect place to experience Frankfort from!

I've stayed at the Sundowner a few times. It is always clean, well maintained and stocked with necessities. The location is terrific.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. This was a perfect place to relax. We arrived to a nicely updated home with a well appointed kitchen and comfortable beds. We also really appreciated the blackout blinds in the bedrooms. The public beach, restaurants and shops are within quick walking distance. The hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with. Great property provided a much needed rest and lots of fun in the sand for our 3-year-old! Loved the proximity to downtown and the beach. Right combination of old bones with modern touches.

Our 4th rental from Agape in Frankfort and most certainly one of the best! House is neat and clean, 2 blocks from downtown and 2 ish to the beach. Kitchen well supplied. Manager SUPER REPONISIVE! Quiet back porch for down time and front porch for people watching. There IS a washer/dryer- yeah! There has to be a balance comment, right? Maybe a little color to to neutral decor! But really, just go to the gorgeous beach.

We enjoyed our stay here! It is a nice large home, clean with updates. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were cute. We loved the coffee options and extras in the kitchen. Our doggie liked the little fenced in area. Such a short easy walk to the beach or downtown shopping and restaurants. Recommend for a big group!

We absolutely loved The Sundowner. Spacious, well appointed, perfect location. Love that we could bring our fur babies. Can't say enough good things about this rental. We will definitely stay again!
