The Elm Cottage is a bright and renovated vacation rental in the town of Frankfort, perfect for a family vacation or couples getaway!
Six guests can sleep comfortably with a queen bed in the first two bedrooms and two twins in the third. The cottage has one full bathroom which was completely renovated in 2021. Stayed Jul 7, 2022The Elm Cottage was perfect for our double family vacation! There were 4 adults and 3 children under 10 in the cottage and no one felt cramped. The kitchen and dining room were perfect for us and we could all sit together for our big breakfasts. The cottage was perfectly equipped with everything and anything you could think of. Ample amount of storage space. Nice neighbors. Perfect yard to let the kids run and let the adults have a nice relaxing fire every night. Plus the outdoor shower was a wonderful perk! Close to the beach and wonderful restaurants. We can't wait to visit again!

Stayed Jul 24, 2025We truly enjoyed our stay here. It was in the perfect location for downtown, grocery store and either Lake Michigan or Crystal Lake. I was a bit nervous about being able to park the boat, truck and car in the driveway but it all fit. It was really clean with all the accommodations. It was also a very quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be back again!!

Stayed Jul 22, 2025Even better than as described! Clean, newly renovated, great AC, great outdoor seating options, and nicely stocked kitchen. We stayed here to explore the area and hike the dunes. Queen beds are a gel-like mattress, twins are a little firmer. Perfect for our needs- thank you!

The record player, beach chairs and bikes. Walking distance to town, deer in the backyard and the comfy furniture on the patio! We would definitely stay here again!
