I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed at this adorable little cottage in Avila Beach during August and September. The location couldn’t be better — just one block from the beach — and the cottage itself is clean, well kept, and has a nicely equipped kitchen. The weather was beautiful throughout my stay though it did get pretty warm inside in the afternoons (85+ degrees) since there’s no A/C or bedroom ceiling fans. Still, it’s a delightful place for anyone wanting to enjoy the beach and the relaxed Avila vibe.

We have started here in October for the last 4 years. Great location just 2 minute walk to beach. The staff at Seven Sisters couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. What a great little town. We have been coming to Avila Beach since the early 70. Lots of changes but still has that quaint little beach town feel. Bill at The Hula Hut is a real gem. He has been there since he was a child and can tell wonderful memories of the old new Avila. A visit here will be a must.

We were there for a month and felt right at home. The Seven Sisters people were friendly and helpful. Was disappointed that we were not able to hook up our electric vehicle to charge.
