Incredibly cute cabin! We enjoyed our stay so much and got to see a shooting star one night! Being that high on a mountain is an amazing experience.

Just really nice and peaceful

Communication with the host was close to non-exisitent, showed up to a house that smelled like skunk the entire weekend, NO pillowcases anywhere to be found, father was in the hammock and the bolt in the tree just came out and he fell to the ground and it didnt seem like the place was cleaned well considering we found a condom under the couch. The only thing this place has going for it was the hot tub.

Had lots of fun at the site. Evergreen was nice and fairly easy drive.

A peaceful getaway in the mountains. Not far from central Evergreen, just far enough to feel like you are all alone in the woods.

This beautiful home is tucked about 20 minutes away from downtown Evergreen and up a windy road. You feel tucked away and yet everything is still close by - best of both worlds.

Our girls trip stay was amazing! The hot tub was the perfect touch for my birthday trip and the elusive black fox made an appearance for us. 10/10 - need to bring my family back now!

Our stay was amazing! The home is absolutely perfect for a mountain getaway. My husband, our dog, and myself left feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Great peaceful property off the beaten path.

We came to the area to visit Denver but we didn’t want to stay in the city, this was perfect. About 30 minutes to the town of evergreen where you can get some great eats. Only 45-1 hour into Denver. We hit the zoo with our 3 year old and then a baseball game. The cabin was well stocked and very clean. The neighborhood was great and everything felt safe. 10/10 recommend.

Great views, cozy cabin

A cozy, private cabin in the mountains with beautiful views and excellent amenities. Got to sit in the hot tub as a snow storm rolled in. A new core memory with my husband. And my city dog loved exploring the property :)

My husband and I stayed at the Fox Den for my birthday! The cabin is located in a heavily wooded neighborhood. We enjoyed everything about the cabin. It was the perfect size and the outdoor decks are amazing. The cabin was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hot tub was a perfect addition to our weekend of relaxation! We will be back!

This property is immaculately clean. Beautiful and modern decor. The stars are so beautiful in the hot tub at night. Perfect, peaceful stay. The property is stocked with so much more than we anticipated. Hope to come back in the summer and try some of the hiking trails.

I could not say one negative thing about this cabin. It was so clean, well stocked, and overall amazing. If you’re considering booking this, do it! You won’t regret it. I hope to be back one day.

This property was amazing, only giving 4 stars because the hot tub and fireplace did not work during our stay. The owner was in communication and did all they could to fix it, we were issued a partial refund due to the amenities being unavailable. We were really bummed to miss out on that part of the experience, but the place was still lovely and the owners did a nice job of communicating with us.

The Fox Den was the best vacation rental experience I’ve ever had. The house was beyond charming. Exceptionally clean. The listing was accurate. The host was so friendly and accommodating. He had excellent communication through the entire process. We will absolutely be staying here again!

The cabin is gorgeous and cozy. The hot tub views are out of this world, especially with the snow. It was something out of a Hallmark Christmas movie. Excellent!

The stay was amazing. The place is fun and relaxing. Everything was top notch.

If you are looking for a mountain retreat, this is your place!!!! Aside from the absolutely gorgeous home, the beauty of the nature around is unmatched! On our first night, we were enjoying the Jacuzzi and a black fox, walked down the stairs of the property, and around the Jacuzzi and down the mountain, right in front of us! it was really cool! The property managers were very communicative and super responsive when we had a question.

We wanted somewhere close to Red Rocks that was up in the piney mountains of Colorado, and Fox Den was a perfect choice for us, exceeding our expectations. Mornings were spent on the patio drinking our coffees and walking our elderly dog through the neighborhood. In the afternoons we hiked the trails and explored the villages in the area. At night we headed back outside to see the stars and listen to the cool Colorado mountain winds blow through the beautiful pine and aspen trees. We also made a friend - the sweet but shy neighbor dog, Regan. Thanks to our gracious host Billy for sharing his family’s gem of a home, which allowed us a wonderful week away from the Texas heat.

Great place and location. The Fox Den was clean and has everything we need. Hot tub and grill are great - especially loved the sunsets on the upper deck. Communication with owner was excellent. Will definitely book this place again.

We brought our family for a wedding in Staunton State Park. This location was great! The hot tub was a hit! It worked great for a weekend getaway for us.
