Guest Access:

Prior to your arrival, you’ll receive a unique access code for a seamless and secure self-check-in experience. Please note that you will be renting the entire house. Guests can park in the driveway, there is enough room for guests to bring up to two cars.



The Neighborhood:

Our neighborhood is blessed with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, forests, and valleys. Evergreen is also renowned for its extensive network of hiking trails. Popular trails nearby include the Three Sisters Park, Elk Meadow Park, and Maxwell Falls. While the neighborhood offers a peaceful retreat, it’s not far from essential amenities. Evergreen’s downtown area has grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, and other conveniences.



Getting Around:

Most residents and visitors in Evergreen rely on using personal vehicles due to the area's rural and mountainous nature. In fact, an all-wheel or 4-wheel drive is required to access our cabin. This is non-negotiable. Although the roads are well-maintained, it can get steep in some areas.



Other Things to Note:

- ABSOLUTELY no FIRES. The city places a strict NO FIRE restriction and this includes grills. Please do not attempt to start a fire or bring a grill to the property. Any evidence is grounds for eviction

- This listing is for the whole home

- Bottom unit remains unoccupied during your stay

- 4-wheel drive is required to access this property

- Don’t leave food outside to avoid attracting bears

- No pets allowed

- No smoking is permitted

- Parties are not allowed

- Please notify us if you will be having visitors

- Please don’t bring shoes inside

- No commercial photography

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM

- Please be respectful of your neighbors

- Exterior-facing security cameras are monitoring entrances

- Maximum occupancy is 8

-Please note, there is no central AC as the elevation does not require it. Opening the windows that are screened will keep the house cool throughout the day.

-Stays of 7 days or longer are provided a started pack of supplies but anything after, guests will be required to supply their own supplies

    The property was perfect for our family stay. Clean rooms and all the amenities one could want. House is at a fairly high elevation but has the perfect sitting spots to enjoy all the views. I recommend!!!

    We had an amazing stay at Pierce’s property this Fourth of July! The house was clean and had beautiful views. It accommodated two families (8 people total) with enough space to have kids in one area and adults in another. We were able to enjoy downtown Evergreen & the lake which was a 15 minute drive. Red Rocks wasn’t too far of a drive as well as Denver.We cooked breakfast everyday and ate out for lunch and dinner. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, mugs, cups, pots and pans. The bedrooms are all wonderful sizes with king beds! And we noticed that it’s wheelchair accessible with a ramp to the front door. Pierce was a great host and quick to communicate with us for any help or questions we had. Thank you for sharing your home!
