A wonderful home. Plenty of excellent bedrooms and bathrooms for adults. Guests should know there are lots of stairs so beware if mobility is a problem. Also drive up the mountain is pretty scary but kinda fun. Beautiful decks and scenery. Deer come by regularly.

We five ladies stayed here 4 nights for our “best friends from college” girls’ long weekend. We attended the Brandi Carlile concert at Red Rocks, watched some Longhorn football, hiked a little, and shopped in the cute towns of Morrison, Evergreen, and Morrison. This is a beautiful, comfy home with plenty of room and activities for everyone. The property manager was very easy to work with and our communications were prompt and helpful. Highly recommend!

We had 3 couples stay here and we all had plenty of space and privacy. The house was very clean and had enough kitchen and bath supplies for us. The views were amazing from the sunrises to the sunsets. We were able to explore around the property and climb rocks and then even bigger rocks. We would definitely stay here again and are even considering another stay next year in this same place. We did the Georgetown train ride, ate in Idaho Springs, went to a concert at Red Rocks, visited Golden for some shopping, and drove to the top of Mount Blue Sky. All within a decent driving distance from the house. The only thing I think worth calling out specifically is the drive to the house. There are switchbacks and it is one-lane and not paved. There were only a couple of times in our 5 day stay that we had to back up to a certain point and let another vehicle go by. We had a 4x4 SUV and didn't have any problems at all with that. Highly recommend this place!

Great set up with lots of balconies, privacy, nice beds and amazing views. Easy to get to nearby hikes and Evergreen. We loved the wildlife surprises including a marmot (we think) and lots of curious deer. The privacy and quiet are amazing. We use a lot of towels so a few more available would have been good, but that's a pretty minor blemish on a great summer getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Evergreen while in town for a wedding that was at a ranch near by. The house was clean with lots of space for our group and very comfortable. The views are gorgeous.

We love Evergreen and this house made our stay very enjoyable. It is a wonderfully quiet and serene location and has great views. The house has a great floorplan and is in excellent condition. the house is decorated in a very professional manner and has a well-equipped kitchen. The house was very clean and was perfect for our stay. The road is steep, and the host warns of this, but with four-wheel drive we had no problem with our June stay.

A secluded mountain retreat with space for everyone. The house has numerous balconies that offer breathtaking views. Plus, the trail connecting to the larger trail network is nothing short of amazing, allowing us to hike daily without the need to drive elsewhere. The thoughtful hosts have anticipated every need, from night lights to cleaning supplies, trash bags, pizza cutters, and wine openers. No need to purchase kitchen essentials – they have you covered. Nestled in a secluded location up a gravel road, you will truly feel immersed in the mountains. Wildlife occasionally strolls past the windows, yet you are just a short 15-minute drive from grocery stores, restaurants, and other conveniences.
