Stayed Jul 19, 2024Great property and wonderful communication, would rebook it if the mosquitos in that area weren’t so bad. Unfortunately we all got bit very badly as well as the children, and there should be a fogger/spray system to help with them being so bad. However, all in all, beautiful stay and quiet for young children to play without worry of busy street/cars. Loved the location and amenities. Just bring a ton of bug spray and citronellas.

Stayed Feb 11, 2024The house was very nice, clean and had all needed amenities. If you are going for the beaches, this place is for you as it is literally surrounded by beaches. The only disappointment we had was that the hot tub was not hot when we got there. Having a hot tub was the reason we booked here and it took 2 days for it to get to temp. The location is nice-for the beach, but it is a long way away from any tourist spots, that requires a $2 dollar toll both coming and going. I would recommend renting a golf cart for the miles of beach to travel. You can drive vehicles on them, but I wasn't going taking a two wheel drive rental there. Also, we have never stayed in a house on stilts before and if it feels like it's moving, you're not going crazy, it was moving quite a bit on the windy days! All in all a nice place.
