Stayed Aug 20, 2025We loved our stay at Easton's Point! It is a perfect location, close to beaches and restaurants in the Easton's/Sachuest area. The house is exactly as described and was suitable for our needs as two families staying with small kids. It is well-appointed with great amenities, and our son loved the outdoor shower! The hosts were really responsive and helpful, we highly recommend for your next stay in the area!

Stayed Jul 25, 2025This is the second year we have stayed in The Beach House and it is great. Plenty of room for us (3 adults and 3 children), very clean and well appointed. Also Matt and Shannon are fantastic hosts and communicated well. We will continue to stay here when we are in Newport in the future.

Stayed Jun 19, 2025We had a wedding in Newport and the house location was absolutely perfect! We could walk to beach and short Uber rides to anywhere else we needed to go. Our family would totally come back!

Stayed Aug 29, 2024Everything was as expected. Great location. Just a few minutes drive to beaches, Cliff Walk, downtown, wharfs, Newport National Golf Club, Newport Vineyard. Good size. Comfortably accommodated seven adults.

Stayed Oct 17, 2023Wonderful location, fabulous and responsive hostess. Shannon could not have been more accommodating. Their home is clean, equipped with board games and so close to the cliff walk. Its a hop, skip and a jump from Newport. Cozy home, great location....what more could you ask for? Great stay. Thank you Shannon and Matt.
