Excellent location for winter fun; very clean and lots of room for our group of 6.

This home is perfect for a family getaway, with all the comforts of home. The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal, the beds are comfortable and there is plenty of space for ski gear.

Great place! We stayed for a ski camp at Nubs Nob. This place had everything we needed to prepare our food, relax in our downtime, and was convenient to the ski hill. We will definitely come back and stay here again! Thanks Steve!

We had a wonderful stay during our trip to Alanson last weekend. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything our family needed for a relaxing long weekend. The location was perfect, and the host was responsive and helpful. We accidentally left an item behind, and the host kindly helped us get it returned promptly. Excellent service and a great experience overall—highly recommend!

The kitchen was fine except no dishwasher. One sofa was dirty on the cushions and both sofashad no support, you would sink down almost to the floor, had to sit on 2 cushions on top of each other to be comfortable. The house was clean except the Kuric coffee maker had sand in it.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described. Communication with the owner was excellent.The house was clean and comfortable. The location was close to good dining and I enjoyed riding the bike trails south to Petoskey and north to Pellston I recommend this property.

We have stayed here multiple times, for over 5 years now. Every time we stay is such a delight! Steve is great at communication and is very kind and understanding. The property has so much space for myself, my husband, and my family to stretch out and relax, with each room providing everyone with privacy. The only downside we have about the property is only having 1 bathroom with 6 people, but we figure it out. Thanks for another wonderful year at this house!

This home is great for my family. We enjoy all the conveniences provided and having space to spread out. The kitchen is large and has ample space for family dinner. The pictures online are accurate and the house is very clean, you can see that the owner takes good care of it.

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home close to golf, hiking and biking trails. Steve, the owner, was quick to respond to our inquiries, and to help when needed.

We were travelling on a motorcycle so we have to pack light. All paper products and basic soaps were there so we just need some breakfast and snack items which we can carry in the bike. We also made use of the firewood and firepit in the evenings. Very nice.

We had a wonderful stay. Very clean and perfect space for what we needed. Love that Mackinac , Petoskey , Harbor Springs are 20-30 minutes from property. The only downfall I would say is the 1 bathroom. Otherwise everything great! Loved the awning as it was very rainy ! We want to invest in one for our home!

My dad and I spent a week fishing in N. Michigan and stayed at this nice property. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals along with a grill on the deck. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the location was perfect for visiting the many bodies of water nearby. Really liked the convenience of the circle drive and exterior outlet to charge the trolling motor batteries on the boat every night. Two restaurants a short drive worth mentioning are the Northwoods- great steak and friendly service and a few miles to the east is Vivio's for Italian food and homemade pizza. I can't say enough about this beautiful area. From the lush green pastures and forests to the clear, Caribbean- like waters (looks wise, definitely not temperature wise!), to the way people seem to take pride in their homes and communities. Hope to return again.
