Lakefront - Amazing views! Private Hot Tub & Boat Slips. 12 mins to Ski Resorts!

Everything was great! The house and hot tub were very clean and welcoming. The view of the lake was immaculate. It had everything we needed. Carlos was very accommodating as well!

An amazing place to stay, right on the lake! The hot tub is amazing with a great view. Wake up with swans, mergansers, beavers, and ducks right outside the window. Everything you need is here for a great weekend up north. Easy access to skiing, Petoskey and Harbor springs.

The property is very clean and up-to-date. Bathrooms were especially nice with walk in showers and big towels. Having a w/d made drying beach towels easy. We enjoyed the hot tub. The dock is right in front and my son had no trouble pulling in his pontoon to pick us up. We would certainly stay here again.

The property has amazing views, is up to date, and wonderfully cared for! If you like coffee by the lake, then this is for you! Easy access to both Harbor Springs and Petosky made for a great getaway for us! The only concern was the road noise. However, the views of the lake and the easy access to the towns more than make up for it. We would stay here again!

This truly felt like a home away from home for us! Me and my girls were in between moving in and out of different homes and spent 10 nights here - It was perfect and what we needed during the transition! Being right on the water was a dream come true - especially the views waking up first thing in the morning and then around sunset. The owner, Carlos was very quick to answer any questions we had and quick to help with anything we needed. My girls LOVED the hot tub, it was very clean and always the perfect temperature. I loved the modern decor vibes inside the rental, and all the new appliances made for a stress-free time! We also did some throw-back fishing right off the dock at night! I also loved how close the rental was to downtown Alanson, Petoskey or Harbor Springs - it was right in the middle of it all! Oh, and how could I forget the nightly swan visits. It was so sweet. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home! We had a blast!

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful property on Crooked Lake! From the moment we booked, Carlos was an exceptional host—his communication was prompt, clear, and incredibly thoughtful. He made the entire experience, from check-in to check-out, completely seamless and stress-free.The home itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable—exactly as pictured, if not better. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and we truly felt at home. The location couldn’t have been more ideal. It was the perfect base for our adventures throughout Northern Michigan. We spent time in Petoskey, Mackinaw City, Mackinac Island, and several state parks, and it was so nice to come “home” to this peaceful lakeside retreat each evening.Carlos went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and we so appreciated his hospitality. Highly, highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a clean, relaxing, and well-located place to stay. We’re already talking about coming back!

We had a lovely time at this modern lakefront property. The place was very clean and the internet worked great which is not always the case in Northern, MI. The Owner/Manager Carlos was great and was very communicative if we needed help.

Carlos was great, got right back to us with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. It’s like brand new inside and out, Jack with Windjammer Marina at the end of the building was super great too, rented a pontoon boat from him and he picks up and delivers to the unit free of charge. We stayed here for a long weekend over Labor Day weekend and had an amazing time. The property is beautifully decorated and the view is spectacular. It was exactly what we were looking for being right on the water and close to both Petosky and Harbor Springs. The perfect place for a weekend away with your significant other. We would absolutely book with Carlos again
