All I can say is wow ! This home is impeccable. Everything is brand new, perfectly clean, beyond comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We felt so at home here and did not want to leave. The owners were fabulous and so accommodating to our early check in and any questions we had. Plenty of parking, a nice clean grill that we used often, full laundry in house, fully stocked kitchen with utensils & plate ware and appliances. The outside deck is GORGEOUS and so peaceful ! Amazing view from each bedroom as well. This is not just a rental property this is a home. I have rented in cities all over the world and this was the nicest I have ever stayed in. THANK YOU !!! We will be back !!

Wonderful 3 day restful retreat. This house is very comfortable, the back deck (with view of gulf) is great.

Well stocked, great layout, loved the balcony with the oversized chairs. Will definitely rent this house next summer.

This was the perfect week-long stay. In addition to the surf and sand of the beach, we loved moments on the beautiful deck drinking coffee in the mornings and playing card games during a rainy afternoon. Jan and Debbie thought of everything one might need. It was a wonderful week and we hope to return!

This beach home was perfect for our week stay. We loved coffee on the beautiful deck in the mornings and slept so comfortably at night. The home had everything we needed from beach views to a bottle opener and everything in-between. Jan and Debbie were great hosts and communicated promptly throughout our stay. We would love to return again.

This place was amazing. Loved the décor :) When we arrived we knew exactly what to do and they even had snacks in case we forgot some. The place was clean and beautiful. WE loved sitting on the deck and enjoying the beach. The St. Patrick's Day parade comes down that street so very convenient. We would defiantly stay again!!!

We had a family of 7 with 5 kids ages 1-12. We had a great time! The back porch was large and very comfortable to hang out at. It was a short walk (~10 min) to the swimming part of the beach. We had everything we needed at the house, no complaints here! I messaged the owners multiple times (questions prior/during trip) and always got a fast response. We never did use the grill because it was out of gas. There is no bathtub there but the kitchen sink was big enough to wash my baby. Large grocery stores (Target, Walmart, HEB) is a 15 min drive to Lake Jackson. We definitely recommend this place! We were happy with it.

This is a beautiful property. Minutes walk from the ocean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

The house was everything it advertised and more! We were comfortable in every room and especially loved the deck. The attention to detail was impressive, like the hose on the deck right by the sliding door entrance. We had 8 people for the we week and never felt crowded. We hosted 17 people on Sunday for a family birthday, and that will be the memory of a lifetime. The host provided a wagon(it’s in the closet) for our numerous trips to the beach. There are puzzles and games for adults and books and puzzles for kids. We loved the plethora of beach towels provided. We cooked and ate almost every meal there, why leave this beautiful beach house? This experience was I tonic for my soul. I could go on and on, but suffice it to say I give this beach house my absolute highest recommendation!

I rented this for my daughter and son in law and all they could say was AWESOME!

Weather was perfect and so was house!
