Sunset Splash - A waterfront beauty with Pool

The house had lots of sleeping space for my family group and the backyard was great for hanging out.

Great for a family of six adults to celebrate Christmas and New Year.Few small things in the house that need updates: Fan in entry-way bathroom; water pressure in kitchen was way too low; kitchen garbage track needs to pull out all the way; could have used more bath towels, we also suggest adding a fridge in the garage and a ladder off the dock - there was no way to kayak or paddle board w/o that - however, overall it was a beautiful home, very spacious and comfortable (It's so nice how each bedroom has its own bathroom!) The outside area was perfect! We'd stay there again in a heartbeat! This is our second year staying for the holiday with Beach Time Rentals, and we have really enjoyed the customer service and homes! Thank you to the team!

We did see a quick glimpse of the dolphin by the boat dock. We walked to the beach for the sunset and it was amazing. The beach itself was a little disappointing. We live in Florida and have been to many beaches. There were so many people lined up with no space due to the massive amount of chairs set up in front of the condos. We settled for the pool and a family kayak trip.

This is the second time we have rented a Beach Time Rental property and I cant say enough about the staff. We had one slight issue when we first checked in at the staff was very attentive in resolving the problem. The house was beautiful and very clean. The dart board and pool table was a bonus when hanging out at home. The pool was well kept and we enjoyed plenty of time floating overlooking the waterway. One of us did use the kayak and we did see some dolphins. The walk to the beach was maybe 5-7 minutes and a great plus to this location. Very enjoyable trip, the kitchen is well appointed and has everything you will need. The beds, very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay at Sunset Splash and would definitely recommend this home.

We were outside all day with people also using the paddle boards and kayaks. We had dolphin come down the canal. The locations is perfect and we walked to many local bars and restaurants. Plenty of room for everyone!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second visit to this house. Prefect location for our adults and children. They enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach. The house has a great setup and room enough for the 11 of us. Unfortunately, the house had a severe roach problem in the kitchen and family bedroom. The property manager had a exterminator pay a visit but it was too late for our visit. Hopefully they can get a handle on this situation before I could recommend or visit the house again.

House was very nice and cozy. A ton of space and a ton of bathrooms so everyone was comfortable. The pool and dock were gorgeous and a great place to spend time. It’s a 10 minute walk to the beach but if you want to get to the downtown it’s a 5-10 min drive. Overall, loved it and would definitely come back!
