Sunny Santa Rosa Stay, Hill Views, Yard & Games!

Very clean and very organized, my whole family loved it

We were in town for a family wedding and had lots of space to get ready, to hang out together and to be in proximity of wedding venue. We did not have children with us, but well equipped. Lovely back yard and deck. Kitchen has everything you need if you wanted to cook. We will be back for the next family event.

Absolutely wonderful property. Very spacious and lots of seating everywhere. If you have kids this is a must they will be entertained throughout. My kids loved the backyard with the playground. Property was spotless upon arrival. Fully equipped kitchen. Very quiet neighborhood. Grocery and some restaurants nearby 3 minute drive. Also is on the 12 freeway which has a ton of wineries and leads direct to Sonoma valley. Host was also very quick to respond and knew every in and out of the house.

Very well stocked and comfortable home

The house was great! Well appointed and just like the photos. A few of us were running the Santa Rosa Half Marathon and the location to the course was perfect.

This home was amazing. It was spacious, well laid out and fully stocked. The host communicated well and in a timely manner. We had a blast.

Great place in a quiet neighborhood, 5 mins from Safeway and Starbucks. Rooms were spacious and house was very clean.

The property exactly matched the listing. It was very spacious and suited our family well. Our group included our four late teen/ young adult children and everyone was comfortable with the privacy afforded to everyone in the group given the layout of the home. We would definitely stay there again!

Six adults and two children had an enjoyable stay for a wedding we attended in Sonoma County. The house was very spacious and accommodating. We did some cooking in the well-equipped kitchen and utilized the gas bbq on the deck. The neighborhood was very quiet and excellent for walking. Shopping was nearby. The children really enjoyed the play area in back yard and all the books/toys located throughout the house. Only reason for not getting a 5 in Cleanliness was that the house does have an issue with sugar ants. Traps are laid throughout the floors but we still had ants roaming and gaining access into our belongings.

Hope to stay here again. Problem with coffee maker was resolved. Kitchen does have an ant problem.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the home for our family as we were hosting a memorial golf tournament close by. The house was lovely with a beautiful view. The coffee maker didn't seem to work but not that big of a deal. It was made clear there were not to be any parties and we complied. However my 5 year old grandson and his friend were playing Hide and Seek around 8:00. An adult was supervising. Out of no where a neighbor started shouting Shut the F Up over and over. They came in the house very upset. It was so loud I heard it in the house. So I guess I would recommend the house if you never went outside to do anything. It also looked like there were mouse droppings in a drawer in the kitchen with the potholders.

This location goes above and beyond with the amount of furnishings, utensils, and overall supplies. Much appreciated. Heads up, the coffee machine is broken and all your coffee will be on the ground rather than in the pot

This is a nice home in a beautiful neighborhood but the home needs to be better maintained. We noticed a few ants in the kitchen the first couple days, then about 25 on the third day. We contacted the property manager on that day (Friday) and never heard from them until after we checked out on Monday. We put out ant traps, which of course drew even more into the home, so we had a couple hundred ants in the house Saturday morning. Between Raid and the traps, we were able to be rid of ants by Sunday morning. The kitchen sink runs on a sensor, which wasn't working properly. Initially it would only let the water run a second or two and then turn off. Beginning day 3, it wouldn't shut off, so I had to turn off the water valve under the sink. While there, I noticed that the water filter hadn't been changed since August of 2019. That's indicative of the attention to maintenance throughout the home. The master bathroom shower wouldn't get above lukewarm, likely due to a faulty valve. Carpet is worn, many plumbing fixtures are loose, etc. No communication from management to fix any of the issues we raised. House could be nice, just needs some work.
