The house and neighbourhood were perfect for our visit to our son at Sonoma State. We live on 70 acres in the hills of the central coast so staying in a charming house on a charming street where we could walk to coffee/donuts/restaurants was lovely. The house is delightful and has everything you need!

Fantastic, well-equipped home in a quiet neighborhood. Great backyard, entertaining areas, and kitchen. Plenty of room for five people. Helpful handbook of nearby wineries, eateries, and sundries, and gracious hosts. Would definitely stay again if I'm ever in the area.

My family was in town for an event and appreciated the chance to stay in this home. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and check-in and check-out processes were straightforward and seamless. The hosts responded very promptly to questions that arose during the stay. The home is set in a lovely, walkable neighborhood and provided comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces for relaxing in between other activities. My family would happily stay there again next time we are in town.

Comfortable luxury! Quiet surroundings, a peaceful, outdoor space, and a well-appointed kitchen made this a fantastic workspace while consulting at a nearby company. Tree-lined streets in this historic neighborhood were so inviting for early morning walks. Hosts were communicative and gracious. Will definitely add this to my favorites list!

We were delighted with the house. With four adults, it was the perfect size. We loved the courtyard. The neighborhood was very walkable with cute houses and beautiful gardens. We didn't venture into Santa Rosa proper - it was so nice to have the room to spread out after spending four nights in a hotel that we just wanted to stay in. The location was perfectly situated to a couple of our scheduled winery tours. The kitchen is very well-appointed and the master bathroom is luxurious!
