Spacious 5 bedroom home, 1 block from beach

My family had a wonderful time, the house is a short walk from the beach and was a great set up for our family. Angela was a great host and we can’t wait come back and stay again.

Nice location and having a golf cart available was very convenient.

What a great rental! Perfectly located and adequately outfitted with everything you need for a great Avalon family vacation. Spacious (particularly for this town) with a big deck, air conditioned and ceiling fans in all of the rooms! The couple questions we had were answered very quickly. This was our second stay and we look forward to renting again next year!! Highly recommend!!

We couldn’t have asked for a better location! The only downside was that we were not told that we had to walk through one bedroom to get to another and at night we had to go into the other bedroom to use the bathroom thus waking up the person sleeping in that room.

Mike is on top of any needs you may have or desire. the property could not be in a better location. Magical is the only word to describe Catalina and Mikes Blue home. Roomy, the perfect location to walk everywhere and simply appointed with items you may require. A MUST expereince.

My family of 10 stayed at this amazing property for our summer vacation. This is the third time staying here and it keeps getting better. We wanted for nothing as the house is well stocked and designed for a comfortable beach vacation. We will definitely be returning for a fourth time!

Great location, Fun time was had by all!

This is a great rental in a great location! It was absolutely perfect for our family who has been coming to the island two weeks at a time for 34 years. The hosts were quick to reply to questions all throughout the year as well as when a couple small things came up while on the island. The use of a 6 seater golf cart really adds to the efficiency and fun of the trip. Plenty of extra bedding, fans throughout the house (both ceililng and non), and all the kitchen stuff we needed to cook almost every meal while we were there. We are well accustomed to island-style rentals and this more than met our expectations. Definitely will be recommending this rental to family and friends.

We love staying here. It is always well stocked with all of our beach needs, clean and comfortable. It has air conditioning now! A real plus.
