Spacious 4 bedroom family mountain home.

Very spacious home with places to spread out as we gathered for a family wedding close by. Kitchen was well-supplied, plenty of towels and bedding- everything we needed was there! Highly recommend!

This property was a perfect location for a staging, a wedding in evergreen. The family fully enjoyed it and the house was beautiful and cool old school early '80s.

Really enjoyed the house and our stay in Evergreen. The location was close to the wedding venue (Evergreen Lake house) and easy to get to the airport. Plenty of room , everything we needed, and the host was very responsive with any questions.

This house was very clean and spacious for our group. We were in CO visiting family and we were able to have additional family over for dinner on a few occasions and we always had plenty of room to host. ALL appliances, TV’s, remotes, fans, gas grill…. worked! The washer and dryer in the house were a life saver to keep up on laundry. Plenty of extra bathroom towels. The water pressure is great and we always had plenty of HOT water. We were able to fit two full size SUV’s in the garage. The kitchen is stocked, but not well if you plan on cooking/baking for a large crew. There is plenty of dinnerware and flatware for a crowd, but our only suggestion to future guests would be to bring your own baking ware and cookware. Also, the two king mattresses upstairs are clean, but not the most comfortable. Overall, great vacation home in Evergreen, CO!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Evergreen home! It was the perfect spot to celebrate July 4th—peaceful, spacious, and surrounded by nature. We kicked off our first evening with a BBQ on the deck while watching elk pass through the woods behind the property—such a memorable experience.The home had plenty of space to relax and entertain, and our kids loved the downstairs lounge with air hockey and billiards. Great location close to the lake and nearby restaurants. Check-in was smooth, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’d love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was in an excellent location for us. It is very roomy and well equipped. The rec room downstairs was so fun!

We visit our son in Evergreen. There is 18 total in our family. So my daughters and their family stayed at this rental house. This was the second time we rented this house! It is great and everyone enjoyed their time in Evergreen visiting our son and brother to his two sisters! The house was very accommodating! Thank you!

Our family loves to rent this place when we're in Evergreen visiting our parents. The house has a perfect set up for teens with a gameroom and great amenities, and Hiwan is an ideal location, close to everything. I definitely recommend!

The good : overall, the property was clean and there was a lot of room; the convenience to Red Rocks was very good; the beds were comfortable; the host was easy to work with The bad: The house was VERY dated ..like 1970s…the Tv in the largest bedroom was inoperable and there were no other bedrooms with TVs…TVS are very cheap to purchase and to me, there should be working tvs at least in the larger bedrooms; the house was cold in the morning and the master bedroom was about 90 degrees during the day; we called the host to adjust because the temp control (nest) was locked to our use; the shower is the master bedroom was extremely small and the nozzle “sprayed” vs a constant stream of water and the drain was loose; the living areas were set up strangely as the room where the TV was would only accommodate 4 adults and that’s with 3 on the couch; the neighbors were very loud both nights. overall, i would rate this property a 3… i really would not recommend it due to the things above ..there is no way it is above a 4.0– it is just so dated .. I would not stay here again …

We stayed at this property with our in-laws, young children and nanny for a family wedding in the area. It was perfect. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for a long weekend. We had a fantastic stay! Thank you!

Beautiful place. This home was great for our family. We all had plenty of space and our 3yr old grandson loved the game room. The only negative was with the AC upstairs. The space was incredibly hot despite our following the instructions on how best to manage the the heat. This is the reason for my overall rating of 4 stars.

We stayed here for my daughters wedding and it couldn’t have been more perfect! They had the perfect area for her and her bridesmaids to have hair and makeup done and it was close to the venue. It’s a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Highly recommend/

Perfect location for us to ride the Triple Bypass bike ride. Large home, well appointed, highly recommend.

We needed a place to hold several family members for our son’s wedding who lives nearby. This house fit us perfectly. It was very clean, fit us perfectly, and was very close to all venues. The views are beautiful and everyone enjoyed the close encounters we had with elk and deer just roaming the area. Plenty of good restaurants and shopping nearby. Everything in the house worked as expected. We would definitely use this property again.
