Stayed Aug 10, 2024Our stay at South Shore Crystal Lake was a true winner. Location of property is ideal for Crystal Lake and Frankfort. Lobb Rd can get busy so watch your young ones and pets. Plenty of linens and towels along with dishes, glasses, and silverware. Clean and comfortable. Katie was available ASAP to answer any inquiries. With some very minor updates, this property would be 5 stars+. We would rent this property again.

Stayed Jul 6, 2024The railing on the front deck was dangerously low. The kitchen sink had a leak that caused the floor to get wet when using, the previous renters must have had a dog because the screen door was damaged, the television in the bedroom did not have a controller. It looks like there are plenty of updates to the house and it looks like it will be very nice when it is finished. Knowing how difficult it is to get workers in the area especially this time of year, I believe the issues will be resolved as soon as possible. I would consider renting it again in the future.
