Stayed Oct 16, 2025This was the perfect place to stay in Santa Rosa. Quiet neighborhood and great location. The house was very clean when we arrived, the furniture and beds are comfortable, and the house and bedrooms are spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. There’s a fun game room in the garage and the backyard was beautiful and welcoming. The host was very communicative before we arrived and the check-in instructions were complete and easy. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

Stayed Sep 30, 2024The house had everything we needed. It was very clean and well appointed. The communication with the host was poor however. We had no way to get a hold of him.

Stayed Aug 23, 2024The house itself was nice, clean, well appointed. The location should not be a vacation rental. There are reasonable but strict noise restrictions (be inside by 9p) and it's because visitors are not wanted in this neighborhood - and I don't blame them. This is not a tourist area. I was there with my 81 year-old mom and my DIL and we did not feel like we could walk across to the park (note the map makes it look like it is on the edge of the neighborhood, it is in the middle). The garage has permanent table games, so you can't pull your car inside the garage so we felt very conspicuous. Use you own judgment, Goole Earth, etc. to make up your mind. House was nice. No ice or ice cube trays or response from property manager, but not a big deal.

Stayed Jun 21, 2024This house was a great place to accommodate a group of adult friends. The kitchen was well stocked, the rooms were all clean and updated, and our group really enjoyed the backyard and garage games. We were only in town for a weekend, but definitely plan to come back again.
