Stayed Jan 23, 2023The location is wonderful. We loved walking down to the beach everyday. Smiths beach has something for everyone. The house is great. It’s pretty relaxed and no frills. But has everything stocked that you could need. And an ocean view. It’s a shame we have to go into Cowes to get the keys and drop them again. And the real estate agent took a week to answer my question about the 4th room. We’d totally do it again.

Stayed Jan 3, 2023While the location was amazing and the house was large and affordable the property was very dirty and in need of a proper clean everywhere. There was no Wifi. Outdoor furniture was in very poor condition, generally the property was in pretty poor condition (broken lamps, door handles, dirty appliances etc).
