Was a good place to go and relax.

This home was amazing! The beds were so comfortable! It was close enough to town that we were able to walk around and eat out but still felt like we were away in the mountains. Plenty of wildlife to see, and the hot tub was awesome too! The host was extremely responsive and courteous. Attended to all our needs.We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone. Hands down.

My friends and I rented Sky Mountain Retreat for our annual galentine’s weekend and the cabin was absolutely perfect. The cozy space, the gorgeous views, and the wonderful amenities (hot tub, espresso maker, wrap around deck, games) and proximity to great activities were absolutely perfect. Our hosts even surprised us with a bottle of wine and balloons for our girls weekend. When we arrived, unfortunately, we came unprepared with a rental car without 4 wheel drive and it had snowed. Our hosts were so kind to come the next morning and shovel and salt for us so we could get our car out! I cannot recommend Sky Mountain Retreat and Gary and Irma enough!

A beautiful cabin, with great amenities. The hot tub is amazing. The host had everything well prepared at the property, with attention to every detail.

The house was great! We enjoyed the hot tub, the coffee bar, the downstairs living area for late night movies while dad slept upstairs.

This property is extremely well maintained and has everything you could need! The beds were super comfortable, linens top notch, plenty of games and amenities, and super clean. The host is very communicative, informative and helpful. They made me feel like I was a priority of theirs. I will definitely be staying here again!

Sky mountain was a peaceful retreat and escape from my mom and I. Night time in the hot tub and morning coffee on the deck exceeded our expectations. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again! Thank you for the stay!

We stayed here with another couple, went to see a show at Red Rocks, enjoyed the scenery, Idaho Springs, and Evergreen. The house was great with a really nice outside space. Just a little ways off the main roads, but very private and scenic. Easy to get into town and quick to forget its there. Would definately recomend as a great place to stay!

We absolutely loved it here! The owners have thought through every detail. We saw some amazing sights in Colorado, but the views from this property and the hot tub are hard to beat! We hope to come back with the whole family someday soon!

Our stay in Evergreen was both convenient and memorable. The location was ideal, just a short drive to Red Rocks Amphitheatre and surrounded by incredible hiking trails. The house had all the amenities we needed, was spotless, and offered absolutely breathtaking mountain views, day and night. After a long day of exploring, the hot tub was the perfect place to relax and take it all in. We enjoyed our stay.

Two pregnant ladies with toddlers at home enjoyed our night of peace, quiet and relaxation. This place was so clean and comfortable. Everything we hoped for and needed. Would highly recommend. Really appreciated the location, super cozy beds, very well equipped kitchen and really nice hot tub.

We arrived and the property was well kept and beautiful There were animals everywhere! The cabin was well stocked and clean. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Greg and Irma's place is the best stocked / prepared rental we've ever stayed in. We were just there for a quick overnight but it was a great stay. Place was as pictured and described. Driveway is steep is the one note I'd make. Overall super impressed with the place and easy communication with the hosts. Would certainly recommend.

Great little place to stay, up on a mountain. A bit of an experience to get up the hill, but the retreat is wonderful! Very good amenities, everything is labeled. Hosts were excellent with their communications.We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

What an amazing property with amazing views. Quaint and remotely feeling without being too far off of the beaten path. Hosts are very prompt on any communications. We couldn’t have been happier with the stay.

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights and we really enjoyed the property. It’s close to Denver but has the secluded feel we wanted. The hot tub was awesome! Inside was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing that was off was that the pictures showed a propane grill when we booked months prior. When I viewed the listing a few days before our booking date, I noticed a caption saying the grill wasn’t there due to an ordinance passed earlier this year. I planned on grilling steaks and burgers. In all honesty I may not have booked this place if I knew it didn’t have a gas grill. My suggestion would be to notify guests the pictures aren’t accurate (or update the photos) so this isn’t a surprise. It’s a small detail but still worth noting. We would definitely stay again. Greg and Irma reached out a couple times during the stay to verify everything was ok. It shows they care and want to accommodate their guests. Thanks again for the hospitality!

This was a great spot, close to Denver. We popped over to Idaho Springs which had a lot of food and drink options. The driveway was pretty steep - definitely need 4wd in the winter if it has snowed. But we had all the amenities we could need. The coffee station was a nice touch!

My husband and I had a relaxing, lovely stay on New Year's Eve. The host was friendly and responsive. The espresso machine helped us wake up, and we had our coffee with a family of deer who were visiting us in the yard!

It was a good stay, with great views, cozy and clean. Beds were smaller than expected but were not specified in listing and I did not ask so not gonna be harsh, they are also very soft if you prefer a stiffer mattress. But good communication with hosts, and good stay.

It felt like Greg and Irma thought through every detail of this cozy mountain cabin! From the bountiful coffee station to the soft cotton sheets, to the gorgeous string lights over the hot tub. Their hospitable touches were very appreciated, and ultimately made for the perfect stay.

Close to Evergreen. Quick access to I70 for skiing or to Denver. Owner very responsive. Wonderful home and holiday experience.

This was an amazing place to stay. The house had everything a guest could need plus amazing views and a ton of wildlife including mule deer that bed down and graze everyday. Its location made a great base camp for heading out on adventure. Will definitely book this place again.

My husband and best friend came into town for our childhood best friends wedding. I could be happier with the location being tucked up on the mountainside - accuracy of the pictures - and hospitality of a Greg and Irma. I loved watched the birds and taking in the views! 10/10!

Pro-Nice beautiful location set in the mountains. Great outdoor decks all around the house and a hot tub! Clean home, stocked well with everything you need. Hospitality excellent as they left wine and other treats for us. Con-You can hear the I70 trucks and traffic going by in the morning and evening during the night. Bring a sound machine. The drive way is very steep.

My wife and I had an amazing time the kitchen and coffee station were great to use, the location was quiet and easy to find, the whole place very clean and comfortable. Plenty of seating outside to enjoy any and all views of the mountains and wildlife ( a buck walked right by the kitchen deck). Greg and Irma were wonderful host and left very helpful information about the property and the area to enjoy. It was really a 5 star stay!
