Secluded Home with Private Pool, Grilling Area, Covered Patio, & Free WiFi

The location is nice and quiet with a nice view. It was a nice location for a family and the drive up was actually sort of fun. The map location in Vacasa actually took me to the neighbors house who was very kind to point us in the right direction. A few things could be done to make the place better including getting a new grill, the one at the house is rusted out and doesn’t work well at all and fixing the pool light. Overall its a pleasant place to stay

Location was very difficult to find. The code provided to us was wrong. Did not get responses from the host and timely manners. AC unit in the bedroom didn’t work. Gardener was there too early in the morning being loud. The refrigerator was not working for the first 24 hours.

What an awesome place to stay! So amazing to be able to come back to a relaxing, comfortable home from a day of exploring a beautiful country. We spent our days out and our evenings in the pool watching the magnificent sunsets. The owners were great to work with and very responsive to all our questions. Can’t wait to go back!

This home is perfect. The view is amazing. The interior of the home is welcoming with beautiful color. The sunsets are absolutely stunning at this home. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to cook a wonderful meal.

We had such an amazing time at Casa la Cascada, the house is comfortable and clean, the pool is great and the view is amazing! We will definitely be back again soon!

The house is great, finding it was a challenge as the google pin wasn’t accurate. The 4x4 recommendation is no joke. We regretted not having gone food shopping beforehand. Once you are there, you won‘t want to leave. Beds, kitchen equipment, pool are all magnificent! We did have a power cut in the night which caused the electronics to beep. So sad we only had 3 nights in the house.

We loved staying at Casa La Cascada with our family last week! We had so much fun playing in the pool and just enjoying the view! The house has everything you need and is very private, being located in a secure community. The area has a lot to offer close by, we enjoyed eating out at many of the local restaurants, visiting the Alturas Animal Refuge and Reptilandia, which is just around the corner. We have told a number of our friends about this house and can’t wait to go back again soon!

Mountains, trees, birds, ocean and peace. Lovely place to stay.

We have just returned from the best two weeks at this villa. It’s located in a remote spot with the most stunning views. Although the villa is remote, Dominical the nearest town is only a 10 minute drive away , you need a 4x4 due to the rough terrain and very steep hill up to the villa . The villa itself was spotless , very well equipped and so spacious with a great layout for a family. The outdoor dining areas were perfect. The pool is perfect for cooling off and the ever changing views from the pool are some we will never forget, with toucans , lizards , hummingbirds and frogs visiting daily ! Our only (small) issues were the drains which were quite blocked so we had to keep unblocking these to use the shower and also there were no clear instructions for the rubbish . It was only collected once during our 2 week stay and with a large family we accumulated a lot of rubbish which was not great left outside in the heat and equally we didn’t want bags of rubbish piled up in the villa. Orlando from concierge was excellent from start to finish , organising us trips, taxis and everything else in between! Overall an amazing stay , we can’t wait to go back, this villa is the perfect get away among the Costa Rican wildlife !
