Stayed Jul 14, 2023We booked a different property for our family vacation (4 adults, 5 kids, +dog). The first property was a disaster and we were very discouraged with the processes and their management team’s “solutions.” Seas the Moment, and the property managers who maintain the listing, were AMAZING! They were incredibly helpful, communication was so easy, and they helped accommodate us quickly after our original ordeal. So thankful for them. We loved our stay!

Stayed Jun 11, 2023The property was well maintained and clean. The ramp for my mom and small yard for the dogs were essential for us and worked out well. The staff was easy to get a hold of and communication was great! We did have issues with the washing machine, which they did try to fix but they were unable to, so the the resort staff were great with coming to replace bathroom towels for us.They were really good with meeting our needs on the last day (Sunday). We had to leave a little late and they allowed us to leave a special beach wheelchair that we had picked up from the City of Surfside, in the garage area until we could get it turned in the next day when the city office was open. (The covered balcony was very nice but the patio furniture really needs to be replaced. Some of the seats are starting to rust. The patio cushions were nice and covered this up but it could be dangerous.)

Stayed Nov 24, 2021This house suited our family very well, access to the beach for the kids without crossing the street and a ramp for the family member who uses a walker. The house is very comfortable and superficially clean but candy wrappers and candy in the bedroom drawers and kitchen drawers and utensils needing cleaning were a drawback.
