This delightful bungalow situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the popular village of Brancaster offers light and contemporary accommodation with a fully enclosed garden. Ideal for one or two couples or a family looking to be close to the beach, the North Norfolk coastal path and Brancaster Staithe sailing harbour. Dog-friendly and child-friendly, it is a great base for a fabulous holiday in North Norfolk, whatever time of year you choose to visit.

This comfortable, detached bungalow features a spacious sitting/dining room with open fire for cooler evenings. During the warmer months, the bi-fold doors lead through the small conservatory out onto the rear garden. The well-equipped kitchen is light and bright with dual aspect windows and both bedrooms are a good size, with windows overlooking the garden. Dog owners will appreciate the outside tap and conservatory, organised for walkers and dogs to clean paws and shed dirty boots in comfort before entering and relaxing in the house.

Quietly located, a two minute walk through the cul-de-sac and onto the Branodunum fields (ideal and safe for dog walks) brings you to a left turn and a short walk brings you to the Ship pub/hotel/restaurant and onto a scenic walk to Brancaster's beautiful sandy (and dog friendly) beach where you can elect to take a picnic and explore or sit amongst the dunes. A right turn and a 15 minute walk brings you to the picturesque and bustling sailing harbour of Brancaster Staithe where you can buy fresh local seafood and call in at The Jolly Sailors pub or The White Horse for locally brewed ales and award-winning food.

The Royal West Norfolk Golf Course is also located at Brancaster although advance booking is recommended. With perfect walking opportunities and bird watching at the next village at the RSPB nature reserve at Titchwell, you are perfectly located to explore the whole of the coast. The Coasthopper bus stop is in easy walking distance from the property, so if you want to leave the car at home and do some exploring, then use this wonderful facility which also welcomes dogs aboard too! Or bring your bikes and enjoy a week of cycling the quiet lanes. With so many dog-friendly beaches and pubs and restaurants right along this stretch of coast, your pampered pooch can look forward to a relaxing time too!

Good size property. Accurate description and perfect for myself, husband and two dogs. Good location but a little too far to walk to beach for me due to a disability. Great for exploring the local area, which we did. Brilliant meals at The Ship, Brancaster and White Horse . Just left dogs bowls in dishwasher though ?. Would book again.

Sea wind was warm, clean and very well equipped could not have asked for better…walking distance to the beach, with the lovely holkham and wells within driving distance…. They say it’s not the problem but how it’s fixed… the heating went off on the 3rd day contacted the owner who arrived in less that 30 minutes and fixed the problem however the bungalow was never cold in that time despite the arrival of the March beast from the east! ….enclosed safe garden for our dog, I simply cannot recommend this property highly enough and would rate it 5+ stars

Peaceful and relaxing location. Close to boardwalk and beach pathway. Excellent restaurants on doorstep. Highlights of holiday seeing seals basking in the sun on beach walk towards Titchwell and eating delicious seafood.

We loved this cottage - everything about it! Everything was spotlessly clean and in good working order thanks to the staff’s careful attention. It is in an enviable position on the quiet estate so near to the coast and within walking distance of the coast path and grassed field area. The enclosed rear garden was a real bonus. We would definitely like to return.

Booked the Sea Wind bungalow for a long weekend trip to the beach with our 3 dogs. With 2 big breeds and 1 pup with us means we were a little limited with options but this bungalow definitely did not dissapoint. Fab location with just a short drive to Hunstanton, Wells and of course Brancaster. We stuck to the beaches but there definitely looked a lot of options for those wanting to walk the coastal path to save taking the car. The bungalow itself was spacious and clean with everything we needed. A safe space for the dogs was important and the enclosed garden was perfect and plenty of smells to keep them occupied. The living room was cosy and we especially made use of the log fire which was a great treat. Will definitely book again if we can find availability

Lovely place close to beautiful walks and the coast, very comfortable beds and cosy living area, only advise would be a curtain across the bifold doors would have made it even more cosy. Shower needs some adjustments to make it easier to use but was nice and clean. The dogs and we loved the ease of the tiled flooring and conservatory after a muddy walk to get them cleaned off. Would definitely stay again and recommend

Very comfortable and enclosed garden is very convenient for dogs. It is a good 45 mins walk to the beach, not so pleasant in wet windy weather! Well located otherwise.

The property was very clean and well equipped and located ideally in Brancaster which gives easy access to the main coastal route. Close to many lovely beaches and wildlife areas - good Birding at Titchwell, Cley, Holkham, Salthouse and Hickling Broad. The property has a good size kitchen and bathroom and a very comfy bed! The real fire in the lounge was an added bonus and made the lounge cosy in the evenings. The addition of the conservatory on the side of the lounge does make the lounge area very dark during the day but I am sure in the summer this wouldn't be such an issue. The heating and hot water took a little while to work out but once sorted the property was warm. Great shower altho hard to run a full bath of water from the heating system. Overall a good property and great value for money.

We have stopped at Seawinds several times now and have just had a 2 week stay there. The bungalow is conveniently located for the coast road and therefore makes accessing the beaches and many fine eateries along the North Norfolk coast a piece of cake. The bungalow is warm in winter and ideally configured for the two of us and our 2 dogs. By entering through the conservatory at the back we can dry and de-sand our dogs easily. It is reasonably well equipped and comfortable inside. Our only slight criticism is that the TV could do with an upgrade to a more modern model with the streaming service apps pre installed so visitors can log into their own services. There is a fire stick provided but we found it clumsy to use. Also the broadband slows down to 6Mb in the evenings, probably due to local peak-time usage, from a daytime speed of 35Mb, which makes live streaming inconsistent. All in all though we love it here and have already booked for next year.
