Perfect for two generation getaway. Split floor plan allows you to have your own private space. Only negative is traffic noise. Located on main thoroughfare into town

This was one of the best places we have ever rented, and the 4 of us have done this for 30 years. Very clean, fully stocked, comfortable beds and walking distance to everything local. We would definitely stay again.

This house has recently been renovated and is in great condition. Very clean!! Beds are super comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Walking distance to the cute downtown with shops and tasty restaurants. Another short walk and you're at the beach. Would definitely stay here again!!

PERFECT location. In walking distance of the beach, cute town, and every magic moment that NW Michigan has to offer. Cute little fire pit out back to gather and enjoy family time. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Unit worked fine for us. Clean and nicely updated but a dishwasher would be a nice addition.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Sand & Snow. The house has a great location, very walkable to Frankfort. In our excitement of arriving in northern Michigan, we kept our windows open at night to let the fresh air in -- but the house is located on a busy street, and it was noisy. But with windows closed, it was nice and calm. The house had everything we needed - well stocked kitchen, great drop zone in the entry way, good beds, nice and clean. We didn't find the broom and vacuum cleaner until midway through our trip, though we wish we had found them sooner. Desurai was very responsive when the door code we had been texted didn't work and fixed the problem right away. I'm not sure if the checkout instructions in the binder that's in the living room completely match the text instructions (if I recall, it was what we should do with sheets?). Overall, we had a great trip. Thank you for letting us stay!

Loved the house and the remodeling is beautiful. We appreciated the proximity to the downtown area and the beach. Having beach towels available was very nice! Only improvement would be having toiletries like shampoo available. We also noticed a lot of ants on the floor everywhere but especially the living room, and weren’t able to lock the back door.

We know Frankfort very well having been born there and visiting our many relatives over the years. Really nice back yard with the fire pit. Close to everything. Loved the remodel on the kitchen but could have used a few more gadgets, but I cook all the time , so For most people probably fine. Thank you so much

Good time as usual. Pleasant stay. A bit noisier than we would have liked due to the main road and proximity of the neighboring house on the master bedroom side of the house. Price is reasonable. Don’t care for the security deposit method/refund timing. But would recommend based on convenience.

Perfect location for Ironman race. Walk to beach and shops etc.

only problem was other people using the trash can. we had a hard time tacking out the trash to the container before we left because it was full

Only negative comment is no water pressure in kitchen sink. Otherwise, great property, great location.

My wife and I stayed for a week with two of our kids, 15 and 6. Very comfortable accommodations, climate control was perfect, the back yard was very nice, and the kitchen was well stocked. The linens were very clean, the only thing lacking from the entire stay was a dish towel. I only mention that to highlight how little there was to criticize. It’s a short walk to everywhere you’d want to go, we hardly used the car for our entire trip. I would highly recommend.
