Stayed Oct 25, 2025The place is rustic and very pretty to look at. We love to camp so it was fine for us. There were a few things though…The pans did not have lids and the pan sizes were sort of make do.(like use a pan for a lid type stuff.). The cowboy plates were very cute! The furniture is not super comfy. There were plenty of extra blankets which was really nice. We couldn’t figure the thermostat out so the heat came and went. The owner was great and offered to come right over to fix it but we were hiking most of the time and it seemed to come on during the day sometimes. It was off at night but we found thick down comforters and slept great. The little wood stove is sweet but the living room is not arranged so you could snuggle by it. One idea would be to move the couch so it faces the fireplace. That would make a world of difference in the living room’s coziness. Anyway, that was our take. Hope it helps.

Stayed Nov 5, 2025My husband, our 2 dogs, and I came out to visit family. After an awful initial encounter with a different host, Anik accepted our rental request and we were immediately happy, thankful, and impressed. Anik was so accommodating and helpful. Once at the cabin we were overjoyed at the property’s cleanliness, charm, pet-friendly additions (a doggie door), and coziness. The pictures included in the listing do not do it justice!!! We loved our stay and Anik was so very attentive to our questions throughout. AThank you so much for turning our trip into one of the best we’ve had in a long time!!!
