What a great location and great stay! It was the perfect set up for our group of 14 - multiple families with kids. Would recommend it to any group. We’re already talking about going back in summer time!

Wonderful location by the river. The kitchen was well equiped. It was great having the hot tub to warm up in after being in the river. Two nice patios - one looking directly into the river. I would recommended for a lg. group

The house was perfect for our family, and the location was wonderful, easy walking to restaurants and shopping, and right on the river for the teenagers.

Beautiful home that was perfect for family gathering for a wedding. So fun to be near the river!

We stayed here with our wedding party for the weekend and had a great time. Only downside was that the bathroom situation was a little tricky for such a large group that didn’t all know each other beforehand but if everyone is comfortable with each other it would be fine!

We love this property and have been there several times. Our grandkids love the Arkansas River and then enjoy warming up in the hot tub. We especially are appreciative of Kristan who responds quickly to any concerns we have. Our adult children and grandchildren all play pickleball and we have enjoyed playing when we come as well.

Riverside Hacienda has plenty of comfortable room for all, a phenomenal view of a play wave on the river, easy access to the river park and all that Salida has to offer - restaurants, shopping, trails, the river, and more. The hot tub is just perfect for warming up after playing in the river! You will enjoy this place so much.

We’ll be back! 10 of us stayed three days to do some mountain biking - which was great. The house location on the river is so cool and the terraced courtyard and hot tub were icing on the cake. Would highly recommend.

Can't beat the location right on the Arkansas in Salida. Exit out a gate from the lovely backyard right onto the river trail and you're a few hundred feet from multiple bars and restaurants with live music. Woke up to a kayaking competition outside on the river and watched it from the balcony with coffee. Plenty of room for parking 4 cars and no issues checking in or with any of the amenities. Would definitely recommend!

Love this house, it is perfect for a big group to spread out and enjoy time together. We had a great time walking downtown and enjoying the river!

This is a beautiful property and we had a fabulous time. Absolutely anything we needed was available. Highly recommend and hope to stay here again.

This property is a gem! From the moment we entered the gate until we left we could not stop talking about it and plan to come back next year. Everything is well thought out and comfortable. And that we could walk to downtown in just a block was such a great plus.

My daughter got married at the courthouse. This is were the family celebrated the marriage - her pick. Absolutely amazing location. Walking distance to almost everything. Mountains so close. The house was very current in decor and amenities. Yard was very private with a hot tub. Host was very accommodating - thank you very much.

My family stayed at the Frontside Hacienda two years ago and had to return! This time we brought our extended family and stayed in the Riverside Hacienda. There was a total of 14 people ranging in age from 8-72. Everyone had the best time! Out of all of Salida, this property has the best location. Walking distance to great restaurants, grocery store, walking path, shopping, park, and river activities. We had an amazing stay and look forward to our next visit.

We've stayed here the last two summers. Great location and plenty of room. All of our favorite restaurants and activities are just steps away. Nice to have hot tub and courtyard.
