Fabulous place to stay!!! We had my Dad’s 95th birthday party there. The home was very clean and very comfortable. We had 8 adults and two children. Beds were very comfortable. Location was perfect for us. Kitchen has a nice layout. Sitting in the backyard was wonderful. We enjoyed the goats and chickens in the fenced yard behind the backyard. The property caretaker was a great guy. Especially with the kids when he was feeding the animals. This is probably the nicest property I’ve ever stayed at through VRBO. This residence is great for family gatherings and other outings. I highly recommend this place. The ping pong table was a big hit too as we had a fun tournament and there’s enough room for lots of spectators.

Our family hosted a baby shower for my son and daughter-in-law. This house had adequate room for the adults and the few children that attended. The house was very clean and set up for entertaining. The house has a great kitchen with many of the essentials. The host was great to work with and was very responsive to any communication.

The house was spacious and accommodating for our stay! The couple living downstairs was not a bother at all. We forgot all about it once we arrived and “moved in”! We had an issue with a breaker tripping and the lady downstairs took care of it right away.

This house can accommodate anything from a quiet getaway to a big family reunion or business retreat. The host was lovely and caring when one of our group needed to go to the ER and we needed to extend our stay.

This home was perfect for what we needed. We have family in town some live in Brentwood some live in Franklin and this was the perfect location. The house has tons of space a number of rooms that have en suite bathroom. I would definitely call it a little more on the rustic side, but the beds are comfortable memory foam, and the backyard is nice. There are even some goats or sheep in the backyard and chickens.

Host was welcoming and we had everything we needed.

College Reunion with 9 ladies. Clean and welcoming. Well stocked with supplies. Loved access to the sweet animals up the hill in the backyard. Location between Nashville and Franklin was perfect. Everything was just fine, the house worked out for what I needed it for (Wedding). There were some things I was disappointed with. All cosmetic but the landscape wasn't well kept, lots of broken handles around the house, the gazebo in the backyard was two different colors (looks like they replaced boards but didn't change the stain/color of the wood), the pots/pans in the kitchen we not nice at all (unable to use). This house overall was good but it does need a good deep cleaning, paint job, along with updates, especially to bedroom mattresses and pillows, and bed linens.

Nice property with plenty of room, once you get past the plastic covers on a lot of the furniture. Nothing fancy or elegant, but comfortable for our group of eight women. We liked the midpoint between Nashville and Franklin.We liked that the host provided coffee, milk, and juice,, as well as make up remover wipes, soap, shampoo and conditioner. The farm animals were fun, especially the wake up call from the rooster and a family of wild turkeys. Fun visit!

We went to Nashville to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. The Ridge Creek Getaway was the perfect location for our family to do this. Short drive for our adventures to Nashville plus many other sights for us to enjoy with only a short drive. The yard and fire pit were very relaxing to sit and enjoy at nighttime with my family we played yard games and enjoyed spending time together. We had a fully stocked kitchen, breakfast items for daily breakfast was provided. Very clean, beautiful property. Communication with the host was spot on. We enjoyed watching the farm animals in the back yard daily . My family also used the game room throughout our whole stay.

This house was huge, inviting, comfortable, well-stocked (dishes, towels, dishsoap and dishwasher soap, bedsheets, and condiments, etc. communication with the caretaker and owner was excellent. The property is beautiful. Our grandkids loved petting and feeding the goats and chickens. The cost was very fair. The beds , living areas, dining room, kitchen - all large and very accommodating! House is close to downtown Nashville, Nashville Shores/Percy Pierce Lake, great restaurants. This home made our trip perfect! Could not have been better!

Perfect place for our first annual family gathering. Central location to meet, with plenty of room for the 10 adults and 8 grandchildren. Located close to Nashville for several family activities. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay.

We had amazing time with all family staying your place. The place was so clean the kitchen is full of utensils you don’t have to go anywhere to find stuff. So clean the furniture is amazing the bathroom net I don’t have a word to describe it. We have a plan to come back and stay your place . May God bless you.

The house accommodated our needs so well. Plenty of room for the group. We enjoyed the goats and chickens as well. Plenty of Dow ever cook eat and gather. Thank you.

This house was perfect for our big group of 13 adults. Plenty of space. Beds were comfortable. Host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.

The house was perfect for my family for my son’s wedding. The beds were comfortable, the house was very clean! Milk, juice, cereal and snacks were left and that was a bonus! The little ones enjoyed the goats and sheep in the back. One of my sons left his glasses in the house and they mailed them to me.

We chose to get married in Tennessee and that meant a lot of people would be coming with us. Finding a house big enough was hard till we found this one. First, let me say the house was big enough for 30 people to be over at once and not feel cramped. The rooms all had more than enough space for people to share them. The master was amazing, we had our 2 year old daughter with us and she loved the big bathtub and all the room to run around. The communication with the host was great, from before we booked till after we left. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Our group came to town to attend a wedding at Cool Springs House. We selected this house because of its large size and close proximity to the venue. The house was perfect for hosting friends and family between events and for using as a headquarters for all the event planning. The rooms were spacious and the restrooms and kitchen was clean. If you have large SUVs or Trucks, parking can be a challenge but we were able to make it work.

Great stay for our work group of 4.

The extras like makeup wipes, cereal and milk, coffee and filters was above and beyond and made our stay much easier. Having a fully stocked kitchen to cook food was extremely helpful. Would stay again.

We recently stayed at Country Cove and had a great experience. We were able to utilize this home as our wedding venue and accommodate out of state guests as well. Emkay was very responsive and he has his long term tenant assist us promptly at every single request. They were great hosts! If you are looking for a small venue with approximately 50 guests or less, this is the place for you!

Excellent check in and check out process. All our family loves the house. The table tennis was great to play each other and with our kids. We got quick help from the people in the basement. It was great if there was a bigger tv for family movie night. Everything is a kind of old. Overall, we had a great family time.

This is a very functional property. Everything was well communicated. We had no problems at all. There was plenty of space for the 8 people that stayed there. We enjoyed eating and playing games at the large dining table. The Wi-Fi was great for multiple people to work one of the days we were there.

If your looking for a good location, lots of space for a cermony and to have family stay this is it. Its not to far in the country has pleanty of space for every one and a big backyard with animals. It was lovely!

We needed a large home with several bedrooms so family and friends could stay with us as we celebrated our daughter's wedding in Nashville. We also hosted two gatherings and needed a large space where people could share meals and talk. This house was absolutely perfect. Every room looked exactly as pictured online - no unwelcome surprises! Very clean, very well stocked kitchen, all spaces very nicely decorated and welcoming. Our guests were able to sit outside both in the back seating area by the lawn and on the front porch. Inside there were several places to sit and talk and the ping pong table was a huge draw. The huge soaking tub and fancy shower in one large bedroom/bathroom was a big plus! We didn't use any child equipment but it was available. Lovely home, beautiful setting - we would stay here again!

how the house is advertised and what we got are two different things. Several kitchen cabinet doors off hindge broken picnic table. Talked with the caretaker and was told its too late in the season to fix it. Front of cabinets had food on them. Caretaker told they only do deep cleaning twice a year...food was obvious. Caretaker was nice and answered our questions but the owner doesnt care about property as you can see how it is maintained

Great place for my family to gather as we took my niece to Belmont University and celebrated my birthday.

Too many dos and do not’s all over the house. This
