Stayed Nov 5, 2025It was too cold to use the pool.Our check in directions said we had daily room cleaning included. We did not. Every time we wanted clean towels, we had to walk the used ones to the front desk and trade for clean towels. We were told we could take our trash out ourselves, and the staff said the room is only cleaned every seven days. We showed them our check in paperwork and they said oh, we haven't changed that yet, referring to the cleaning schedule. On the plus side, the morning breakfast was pretty nice. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Toss up if we stay there again for the annual event.
