Perfect Suite for Exploring Nashville's Charm w/ Free Breakfast, Pets Allowed!

This was a nice property set up like little apartments with a full kitchen & living area. The surrounding area is clean and lots of restaurants.

This was the perfect choice for our Nashville stay! Great location and facilities. Our puppy loved the low window to watch the geese outside!Daily breakfast was different each day, fresh and yummy. I was fascinated by the pancake machine! lol

The world was great. Was excited for the fireplace, but was not working. The breakfast was so so.

the room and facilities need updating and some TLC

The location is great and the grounds were really pretty. The interior of the place was very worn & dirty. The carpet was ripped & extremely dusty, especially around the bed. The bathroom door would not close all the way, and was very dirty along with an extremely stained toilet. The walls were not sound proof at all, so you can hear people walking above you and anyone outside.

Mold in the bathroom. Did not complete our stay. Would not go again.

My overall stay was good. I had to switch rooms originally due to my thermostat not working properly. Everytime I would the room temperature, it went up by 10 degrees; however, the staff on site was able to switch me to a different room. If you need to stay here for a quick weekend getaway, this is a good spot to stay at.

The location was excellent but unfortunately the room was not only dirty, but it also smelled of mold, the tub shower combo ran constantly, the carpet was dingy and sticky with tears at the seams, the ceiling was peeling and showed water damage. It was grimy.

I had stayed here before and was happy. It was comfortable and provided all we needed.

We were not sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised, The location was perfect for us and it was just a short drive to Music Row. We will definitely stay again when we are in Nashville area.

Perfect for our stay. Allowing pets was huge for us as our dog is part of the family. We loved it here and will come again and again.

This is place is a very low scale extended stay. Very disappointed.

This is a quiet place to stay while traveling. They have suites with a kitchen and refrigerator. It is pet friendly and provides coffee & hot water 24-7 in addition to a hot breakfast in the morning.

We just loved Kiemion Dotson! What a positive, energetic professional! Made my wife and feel like we had a “friend” in Nashville. Kiemion gave us great recommendations for places to eat as well as entertainment.

This was a great little spot for us as it was just a midway stop for a couple days before continuing to head south. Loved that it was pet friendly, easy to access and a free breakfast in the mornings. It was only 15min from downtown Nashville and made everything easy for us.

The overall property looked clean but then we went to the room. There was splatter of some kind all over the walls, hiles in the ceiling, and looked like a blood bath on the pullout sofa sleeper. Needless to say I'm waiting on a refund as they had nothing wlse to put us in.

Simple check in, room was clean, good breakfast, good coffee. The room was spacious and the kitchen in the room had everything you need. It’s located in a business area so not much traffic at night.

My best friend and I stayed here for a girls trip, and it was so nice! Clean and quiet. Breakfast was great, staff was friendly. Uber got us back and forth from Nashville. I will be staying here again!!!

Great overall wed stay again

My mother and I stayed on the property for 22 days. We felt very secure and safe. The grounds were quiet and we didn’t hear other guests. However, our room wasn’t very clean (for example: hide-a-bed had garbage on it when we went to pull it out -or- another example a drink bottle on the floor by the dresser and curtains from the previous guest, but also never picked up during our house keeping days). Room didn’t have extra garbage bags or toilet paper. Pool towels weren’t available most days. Room wasn’t supplied with all furnishings listed but we were able to request pieces that were missing and we received them.
