Relaxing Waterfront Canal Home in Treasure Island

Excellent communication, clean and comfortable rental, perfect location for fishing and close enough to Galveston to go shopping, siteseeing, and restaurants

The house was wonderful! Perfect amount of space for our group of 8. Our kids range in age from 9-5 years old, and they were busy fishing off the dock the whole time! Caught some fish and crabs. The extra boat slip was perfect for our boat, and the location is close to various fishing spots and a sand bar. The house was clean, well stocked with kitchen utensils, beds comfortable and nice outdoor lighting for hanging out on the dock and deck upstairs. We really appreciate you opening up your home to us for the weekend!

We really enjoyed the home and the area. Everything was clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

We were messaged until we could come in a half a day early because the house was clean and ready. Once we arrived there was visible dirt on furniture. The cushions on the couch were dirty and extremely worn. The floors were dirty and I had to sweep them myself, and unfortunately, the dustpan was so shaped I couldn’t even sweep and had to pick it up with a wet paper towel. However, the view was wonderful and we enjoyed the deck on top, but had to smell the sewage from the time we got to the house. It was coming up out of the grass next to the house. The beds are comfortable, but the listing said it slept 12. But the fall out couch mattress was so and no one could sleep on it, and there was no actual futon in the living room as listed. I hate living reviews as the homeowner was very kind, but the house was not ready for us and it was not up to par for the price we paid for the home.

Definitely a great place to stay and nice fishing area onsite. The host was an excellent communicator and would love to stay again anytime.

Perfectly located! This property met all of our expectations. The grandkids had an awesome time fishing in the canal. The adults had an awesome time lounging on the extremely large upper deck. Wonderful memories were made here. Will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our 4 night stay so much. It was a quiet relaxing, fishing and catching getaway. The host was very responsive and kind. Great house, linens were great, beds were great. Everything we needed was there!

Stay was awesome. Deck was fantastic sitting and drinking coffee in the mornings. Fishing was good off the dock. The family had a blast and beach was only 5 min drive.

Had to sit out a couple of thunderstorms but the house and neighborhood were great. Friendly neighbors there as well.

We have fished that area for the last 20 years so we are well versed with the bay system. The house was perfect for my family and a few friends. We spent a lot of time on both decks. The filet table was put to good use with cleaning fish and eating both blue and stone crabs. We would definitely use the home again.
