Our family truly enjoyed our stay in Middletown. Erin and Pete’s home was perfect. It was clean and well stocked with necessities. The layout of the house allowed our family of all adults to be spread out and have our own bathrooms. Erin and Pete were very responsive to questions. It was just a short walk to Easton’s beach which we really appreciated. Will definitely be back!

A group of friends stayed at this house during Valentine’s Day weekend. The house was perfect for our group and the location was just a short drive to downtown Newport. The decor of the house made you feel like you were at the beach and all of the rooms were cozy. We all agreed that each bed was comfortable too! Erin was the perfect host! We had a fantastic stay at this charming property in Middletown, RI! The location was perfect—just a short drive to the beaches, Newport, and local attractions, yet tucked away in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The house itself was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor space was great as well. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with easy access to everything the area has to offer. Can’t wait to come back! Wonderful vacation home and great get away!

Our group, made up of two small families and grandparents, had the best time staying there! The house is larger than it appears in photos and perfectly designed for a group like ours. The location also couldn’t be more perfect! It was a quick, easy drive to Second beach and a short walk to First Beach, restaurants and ice cream store which we took advantage of after a barbecue at the house. We totally recommend this place and will be coming back again. Thank you for being the perfect hosts, Erin and Pete!!

We stayed with 6 adult women for an extended weekend of sailboat racing and the home was perfect for us! Lots of space, a wonderful laundry area to wash and dry our gear each night, and a well equipped kitchen to food prep. The neighborhood was a great location and felt very safe! We loved it highly recommended it for large groups!!

We had a great stay for a family wedding in Newport. Our group was my husband, young adult sons, and my brother. It was so nice to have a comfortable, spacious home rather than hotel rooms. The location was perfect - only 10-15 minutes from downtown. The house was clean and well stocked with all that we needed. The owners were very communicative. We would come back again!
