Stayed Feb 13, 2026We gifted our 3 grands with a long weekend at Crystal River. This house was perfect for the 5 of us! The appliances are brand new. Tastefully decorated. The beds were so comfortable with very soft sheets. (To me as a traveler, a comfy bed is most important!). The living room furniture was also new and perfect for the family. While not right on the water, it’s just a short walk away to the kayak launch. And yes! There were manatee in the cove the very first day! Highly recommended!

Stayed Jan 17, 2026Great, clean, spacious place to stay. Make sure to bring toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), although there are nearby places to stop and get what you need. Loved our stay here.

Stayed Jan 13, 2026Perfectly as advertised. More than enough place for a small group to enjoy themselves and have privacy, too. We wish we had time to use the kayaks and outdoor amenities, as they looked amazing! Close to key locations for manatee swims, fishing, and other adventures

Stayed Dec 27, 2025Great location and affordable. Central to all activities you want to do in Crystal River. The home was very clean and tidy with a great space for a family. The host was responsive and accommodating. Would consider staying again.

Stayed Dec 23, 2025Great spot! Perfect for a small group. Loved access to kayaks (in order to launch you do need to walk a little ways) and we did a little fishing which was awesome. Clean and solid communication. The Internet was finicky and down during our stay, but that's not what vacation is about for us.
