We could not have asked for a better stay in Newport! Absolutely no complaints.

The house is new, plenty of space for everyone. Beds were comfortable. 4 baths was certainly a plus. Overall an excellent choice for us to stay

Beautiful home for our large family to stay in all together! Kitchen was perfectly stocked, bedrooms were spacious and bathrooms aplenty. Close to town and backyard is beautiful as well.

House was perfect and great location. Host was easy to communicate with and answered my questions. We fit 8 adults with no problem. The fire pit is a lovely bonus! Only thing I would have liked were better pillows or extra. Kitchen was also well appointed. Coffee was much appreciated!

Perfect for our group of 5 - 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. Bob, our host, was readily available. Quiet neighborhood. Easy drive into Newport. Well equipped kitchen. Beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the front porch & backyard patio. Highly recommend.

The house was very nice and clean. One of the showers were clogged and did not drain well. Other then that it was a very nice stay.

The property was perfect for our needs. Five large bedrooms with king beds. Big open kitchen with all that we might need and more. Large comfortable living room. Dining table big enough to accommodate all of us. Ample outdoor furniture in the back and on the big front porch. Adirondack style chairs. Everything was as described in the post. Owner was super friendly and responsive. If you want/need a large comfortable house close to town this is the place for you. Thank you!

Great spot

We were very excited about the modern vibe, bright beachy feel, and spaciousness of this home. It met all of our expectations for comfortably accommodating our adult family both inside and on the lovely back patio. The beach chairs came in very handy! The house was immaculate when we arrived. Kitchen had all accoutrements that we needed. Bob and Liz were helpfully communicative when we had a question. Highly recommend.

Our family of 10 really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is well constructed, very clean and comfortably accommodated our group. After all of us returned from the beach and showered we NEVER ran out of hot water which we found remarkable. Bob was great at communicating when questions arose and check-in was a breeze. The path to the beach was long (especially carrying chairs, towels, etc.) so we drove each day. In such a great house it would've been nice to have an upgrade on the pots and pans in the kitchen. Last but not least, Bob's coffee is excellent.

Great property. Clean and with great amenities. Well located.Some furniture, esp a couple of mattresses and sofas in the living room, could use an upgrade. The sofas were very soft, but not particularly comfortable, so we ended up not using them much.It was compensated by the great fire-pit that we enjoyed thoroughly.All in all a great experience for the 2 nights we spent there.

Great accommodations for my family of 8 with an infant! Family wedding weekend in Newport-house is amazing- so roomy and comfortable! Bedrooms are large- each with a king bed! Great location on a dead end street- nice and quiet for a family gathering! Bob is great with communicating- responded right away with all my questions! Nice perk that the house had a pack-and-play and high chair for the baby- didn’t have to lug one with us! Would highly recommend this incredible house- hope to visit again and explore more of Rhode Island!

Stayed for 3 nights in early June for a family wedding at a nearby venue. We had an amazing stay! The house is extremely spacious with 5 very large bedrooms, all with king sized beds. Bathrooms were great as well. All the amenities we needed were provided. We especially loved the gas firepit outside. It was easy to start and actually provided a good amount of heat. Bob was very responsive and answered any questions we had. Wonderful stay, would definitely recommend!

Beautiful, big house on nice street walkable to beach, shops and more. Smooth check in, plenty of parking, good communication and friendly hosts. Perfect for family or large groups. Highly recommend!

Four active retired couples explored Newport mansions and sailboats and used this exceptional home as our base. We give it our highest recommendation, and would add more stars if they were available. Cleanliness was impeccable, communication was excellent, and everyone kept commenting on how perfect it was. Breakfasts at the large dining table, and then cocktails around the firepit. Couldn't be better!

The house and property are just as advertised, or even better. The property owner is extremely responsive, helpful and friendly. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this rental is. The house is beautiful, clean, and well kept. The location is great for walking and for traveling to Newport downtown attractions. The best part was the simple and quick walk to the beach. If you are unsure about this rental, I highly recommend you go through with the booking

From check in to check out was amazing! House was perfect for the 5 girls. Spacious! Propane Fireplace was a nice perk to have. Kitchen was stocked, enough linens, clean, location was perfect. Short run to 3rd beach. Drove to Newport short drive. Owner was easy going and easy to work with. I would definitely rent again. Happy and please with our choice of homes to rent for this wk detail wkend!

Very nice and great location.

We had a wonderful stay while we were in town for a wedding. Loved that all the rooms have king beds. It made it easy and comfortable for everyone! The place is well decorated and updated. We would definitely stay again when we are in town.

This property and neighborhood was exactly as described. All 5 bedrooms were large with king beds. We especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces, front porch and rear patio with gas firepit. The location was a short ride to downtown and the Newport vineyard. The house includes plenty of beach chairs, the kitchen is well equipped and the owner is very responsive. I would rent this house again and would highly recommend it to others.

Amazing property and location. Perfect for a beach vacation in Middletown and Newport. Bob was a great host and very accommodating. The furniture (beds/couches) could use some updating but that’s my only complaint. Great stay and would recommend.
