Quiet new house with character, private heated pool

Lovely property and pool. Quiet area

The property was ideal for us, three sets of adults and two sets of young children. It was very clean and spacious and along with the fantastic outdoor space, pool and table tennis table everyone had a great time. Sylvie is an exceptional host, very friendly, trusting and responsive to any requests or queries and even provided translation support during a minor emergency we had with one of the group. I would highly recommend this property.

Never stayed anywhere twice but this was our first time to do so. Beautiful place, immaculately kept, helpful and friendly host and the lovely Nero. So much to do in the region also, we may even go for a third stay next year! Wanted for nothing. Thank you Walter and Sylvie.

The house is great for larger groups lots of space and quiet location. We had a lovely time and the kids loved the outdoor spaces as well as the trampoline and visiting the chickens.

Great property in a lovely area. 11 family members from three generations and we all had a great time. Weather was good for the whole of our stay. Some days were too hot but the pool came to the rescue. The hosts were excellent and responded very quickly to any requests we made. The kids all loved the host's dog Nero, who came to see us occasionally and had a drink from the pool. Definitely need to have transport to stay here, but the local amenities are good and lots of places to visit. We all liked Montignac in particular. A great holiday.

Excellent property with all the amenities we could ask for including a local Auberge within a 5 minute walk. Whilst secluded the location is within reasonable travelling distance of the areas attractions, towns and transport links. All in all we had a wonderful holiday and would highly recommend the property.

We had a lovely week in Sergeac The house was perfect for us and heating swimming pool fabulous for adults and toddler alike .

What an amazing place! Very modern property, amazing outside space and large pool. The views are stunning all the way around. I'd recommend this to everyone. The location is great for days out in the area, with lots to see and do. Lovely host who is very helpful and there for anything you may need. The children absolutely loved seeing and feeding the chickens!

This is a very lovely, modern spacious and comfortable house with all necessary amenities for a large family group.. Owners are nearby if needed and quickly answer any queries. The pool and pool area is of a good size for swimming and with pool house shower and outside table and bbq.this makes for pleasant evening bbqs watching the sun go down. Everything possible is provided. A most beautiful peaceful area but with plenth of nearby restaurants. attractions and leisure activities such as lake swimming, kayaking on the River Vezere. caves, chateaux etc Would highly recommend.

We had a fabulous holiday here, there were 12 of us and the property was ideal. The property was clean and had everything you need for a great holiday, the pool was superb, there is a lovely under cover eating area, providing much needed shade from the constant sun shine. The children loved the trampoline, tree house and the BMX track. The property is ideally located for a visit to Sarlat, Montignac, Thonac and Saint Leon. Beautiful restaurants with the most delicious food. The owner Sylvie was an excellent host, meeting us on arrival, showing us the essentials and was also on hand should we need anything. My only suggestions would be that air conditioning is needed as the bedrooms got extremely hot in the night (there are fans), also a bigger fridge and freezer would be good (but that's just nitpicking!). I would definitely recommend this property and we would all happily return as the property is outstanding and there is so much to do in the area.
