Quiet and cozy cottage, in town

Absolutely enjoyed our stay!

Although there were some initial concerns, communication with the owner was excellent and issues were dealt with. Love the location. Would stay in this property in the future

Location was good. Property needs to be cleaner. Floors and furniture need to be updates.

House was great, clean, and in a nice location. It definitely is not “lake view” as the listed stated, and the upstairs master bedroom does not have a door, it is an open loft stairway so lacks the privacy of a real bedroom. But the house was in a great spot near all the downtown amenities and shops, it was nice and clean inside which is always the most important thing to me. It was great to have the washer and dryer. We would definitely stay again!

Great location! Plenty of space

Great home located within walking distance to fowntown Frankfort. We easily walked to the beach. Enjoyed the well though out space and ammenities. Very comfortable!

It worked for our stay but was expecting it to be a little nicer. The flooring has trip and height changes that our group slipped down more than once.

Excellent. My family was happy with our stay. Neighborhood is quiet and close to Main Street area and beach.Host was available and responsive when contacted. Overall, we are very happy and would definitely stay again. HIGHLY recommend.

It had some problems but I understand it is a project in progress. I wouldn't of rented it until done. The host did contact us when we had problems. They need a booklet to let you know check -in and check- out rules etc.

Property was clean and tidy when we arrived. Kitchen fully stocked. Just a nice pleasant place. Only thing missing was a firepit.

The property was clean and everything that you need was there. There was a nice grill to do some grilling out. The kitchen was fully supplied with utensils and dishes. There were towels and linens. The owner contacted us up upon arrival to let us know that the previous tenants caused Some small damage to a wood strip for the flooring that separated two rooms They didn’t have time to fix before our arrival. It’s close to all amenities in Frankfurt and Centrally located so you can visit the entire area. Will definitely consider for an next trip up north.

This was a beautiful old home with charm and character. The communication with the host was easy and prompt. My family enjoyed staying here very much and hopes to return.

Excellent location. The house was bigger than it looked in the photos. Only down side was the master suite on the second floor didn't have a door. Also the front door was missing a screen (or window) which made it a little tricky to keep out the flies when we went in and out.
