Private mountain retreat with a game room, home theater, & jetted tub

This is an absolute gem for anyone looking to enjoy a secluded, beautiful property with breathtaking views, wildflowers, and skies free of light pollution. Be it over the 4th of July holiday during our family's visit, we were very comfortable with the temperature within the home and spent a good amount of time enjoying the enclosed porch. Our children were overwhelmed by the high ceilings and general openness of the home itself. They enjoyed walking the property looking at flowers, and observing the wildlife in and around the pond. The amenities in the bathrooms were wonderful. Our hosts even provided us with a grill and a vacuum! Thank you for a fantastic vacation!

We had a great time at Solare, a very relaxing spot with plenty of room inside and out to hang out together. Close enough to Burlington to enjoy the city but far enough away to relax in the peace and quite.

Rented for family for UVM graduation weekend. Worked perfectly.

The living space and views simply amazing

Listing claims to have air conditioning in every bedroom, but only one of the four bedrooms had AC. The listing also claimed the house had a grill, but it did not. The lower level (game room and one bedroom) had a strong musty odor that prevented us from enjoying it. Despite a hefty cleaning charge, we also noticed some cobwebs, spiders, and mildew. I raised all these issues on the first night, but the management made no attempt to remedy anything. They didn’t stop by or even call. Would not recommend. At this price point there are nicer places available with hosts that are actually responsive.

This house was rented for 3 families with teens. This would be a great house if it were true to the description or during the winter. This house for summer is NOT partial air conditioning. It has one mini split for the entire property in the CLOSET of the master. The description of the home said, “ Every bedroom offers plenty of natural light, scenic views, plush bedding, and cool air from the home's partial air-conditioning.” This is NOT accurate and the stay due to weather was miserably hot. Vacasa and the “local team” have been terrible to work with. A different agent every time we have called with no resolution. We had no other place to stay, the area was jam packed due to the event we were attending and a group our size. Partial A/C for EVERY bedroom. Not one bedroom, EVERY. This ruined the potential for it to be a sun stay. The house was 86 degrees and mostly stayed there. We couldn’t stay there or cook outside, since there was no grill, which they have remedied off their site (grill was in the TITLE) and reimbursed me for. This is misleading and unfortunate as if it had been as described, could have been restful and enjoyable. I have never been so disappointed in my stay with VRBO/Vacasa and we as a group spend thousands each year renting with them. Service was inadequate and slow and Mike the Supervisor admitted the description is different than amenities listed and that something needs to be done. We are anticipating a refund of our stay to make it right.

We had an amazing stay with our multigenerational family. The house set up is great for large groups with ample space to spread out and relax. The kitchen has everything you need and more. This was our second time staying at this house and hope to stay again would definitely recommend!

Really nice space at an affordable price. Kitchen and game room were awesome, check-in/out super easy. Longer drive to Stowe than we thought because Smuggler's Notch was closed. Master bedroom shower faucet was out but hopefully that's been fixed.
