The house, property and lake exceeded our expectations. The boat house had a canoe and more kayaks than we expected. Plenty of water vests allowed 6 people to enjoy the lake at the same time. The house is beautiful and spacious. We had a great week!

A beautiful spot for our family to gather. Lake is clean, enjoyed private beach and also relaxing from the camp property. Easy access from main road. Lots of space, beds and seating for everyone. An amazing place to spend a week during a Maine summer.

We were a family group of 10 and we loved our trip to The Lake House! The house was well-equipped with everything we needed from an amazing kitchen, tons of bath towels, beach towels, 4 kayaks, a canoe, floating tubes, corn hole, etc. We spent our days paddling, swimming and fishing in the lake and also explored some short hiking trails and natural water slides in Baxter State Park. We have stayed in many rental properties and The Lake House is 1 of the best!

This house was spacious and had plenty of room for the group, the views were fantastic. I really liked the lay out of the house, the balconies, the parking. We had a small heating issue since it was 6 out lol but the owner took care of it within minutes. He was very gracious and helpful.. I highly recommend this place

This property is amazing in every way. The view is spectacular and the house luxurious. Town is close; the Park is close; restaurants are close. It really is a gem.

We absolutely loved the Lake House. Everything was perfect. VRBO process was easy and accurate. The house was exquisitely clean. The house was also full of all the amenities we could want and very peaceful. The property manager, Reid, was helpful, pleasant, and professional. We fully recommend this house and will return!

We had such a wonderful stay and can't say enough good things about this house! It was absolutely beautiful and the owners have gone above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. We can't wait to come back!

This house was the perfect place for my family’s vacation. With five large bedrooms, large kitchen, large family room, and huge yard there was plenty of space to spread out! The back deck was perfect for relaxing with a book after a fun filled day of adventure. The lake was absolutely beautiful and the views of katahdin were stunning. There are kayaks and a canoe for exploring the lake! We had trailer issues on our drive up and the open bay garage was a perfect place to work on it. The house had everything you could need during your stay! Our only complaint would be that the hardwood floors were very slippery if you were wearing socks. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!
