Private Beach House Retreat near Newport

10/10!This was a wonderful mini vacation for us! The house was so cozy, comfortable and super clean! The host was very prompt in responding to us.

This was an amazing house. If I could give more stars for cleanliness I would. The property was immaculate! Loved the decor, convenience to Newport and URI. Everything we needed was available and brendan was super responsive with any questions we had. Will definitely stay here again.

House is very convenient to the tourist sites and the historical downtown area. Very clean house. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely The Bamboo House.

This house was beautifully renovated recently and was really spotless from top to bottom. The backyard was extremely private and we enjoyed the nice deck. It was about 5-10 minutes from downtown Newport so it was very convenient. We had a great time and would go back. Only drawback was it was a little pricey for my normal price-range but everything in the area was.

We were in Newport for a family wedding and loved our stay at Brendan'd delightful beach house! It was super clean, spacious, and airy, and we especially loved the great dining room. The beautiful, large table was a great place to gather for morning coffee and chat for hours. The outdoor shower was perfection, and we all enjoyed taking showers under the stars. The front porch is a lovely gathering spot as well. Brendan is a most gracious and responsive host. Loved that there were plenty of chairs.Oh, and did I mention how convenient the location was?! Easy access to anything one might need, including a terrific Starbucks with a great crew. The beach and downtown Newport were easy-peasy to get to. Five Stars absolutely! Thank you Brendan

We were in the area for a wedding in Newport. This home was in an awesome location. It was a short drive to many attractions in the area. We did not want to leave and were actually able extend our trip for another day. Brendan was very responsive to all communications. We would definitely return to this home if in the area.

Property and house were well kept and clean. Checkin was very easy, communication with host was quick and clear. The check out process was a breeze. Front door was set back and sheltered by a beautiful tree out front. This was a nice quiet yard with multiple wildlife visitors. Bunnies every day which your dog may or may not appreciate. Lots to do in Newport and Middletown.

We had a very nice time once again visiting the Middletown/Newport area. The house was very clean, nicely renovated and conveniently located to shops, beaches and a short ride to downtown Newport.

I booked this VRBO for my parents, brother sister and brother's gf to stay at during my wedding weekend in Newport. WOW. Brendan's home is SPOTLESS. My parents (who are not big travelers and prefer the comfort of being in their own home) absolutely RAVED about how amazing this home was. I got to pop in and check it out. It incredible AND the air conditioning was CRISPY COOL during a very hot and humid weekend. Brendan was very responsive leading up to the weekend and check in and check out could not have been smoother. Great driveway for parking and easy ride to downtown Newport. The backyard and outdoor shower were dreamy. Even though my bridal party did not end up getting ready at your home Brendan it would have PERFECT. The space, the excellent natural lighting and the deck would have made for great pictures! It could not have worked out more! I would love to return myself with two other couples in the future. 10/10!!!!!!!!!!

We had a wonderful time staying here! The house was beautifully remodeled and very updated and clean! We would definitely go back! Only a very short drive to town, Easton Beach, Cliff walk, etc. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Beautiful house. Beaches close by. Lots of places to eat out or go to Stop and Shop by groceries to grill outside.

Had a fantastic stay with family while exploring Newport! Clean, comfortable, convenient and close to everything! Checked all the boxes for us!
