Popular Single-Level Newport Oceanfront w/ Panoramic Views, Deck + Fireplace!

This house is located in a beautiful area with lots of options for food and activities! The short walk to the beach was sweet!

Beautiful ocean views, classic interior (could use some updating), and sufficient space for 3 couples. Kitchen was modestly equipped. enjoyed our stay.

House was nice a bit dated but great view and comfy! We had a great time!

Disappointing to find after using the rest room and wanting to take a shower there wasn't any provided soap. We reached out to the host, and they stated there was a starter packet. we asked if soap should be included but did not receive a response.

The view was so beautiful with an easy walk down to the beach. What a wonderful location close to really good restaurants.

Well I have to say I have no problem giving this a five-star home. It's in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The view is unbeatable My husband and I prefer going to the beach in the winter time and then in the spring. We will most definitely rebook this home. It's spotless. It's a little dated but it doesn't matter. It's comfortable. The sheets and the pillows and the linens are delightfully soft, clean. So easy to book. So easy to get comfortable and never leave. South Beach is a charming, small little community. It's a quick drive to Newport. We love being close to Nye Beach. A couple of our favorite restaurants are there. Huge screen TV. Comfortable furniture, kitchen full of everything you could possibly need. Lovely lovely lovely house. And may I add that there's a huge driveway you're actually allowed to park in the garage, which is nice in the winter time. I can't say enough good things about it.

Stayed here with my husband and 80 yr old parents to attend a wedding and it was perfect for that. Everything on one level with a deck that has amazing view. My dad liked sitting out just watching ocean. About 1 mile round trip to beach access but we were content on deck. Great view from two bedrooms as well. Master bathroom/bedrooms need hooks for towels and not enough towels provided especially since it was hard to hang used towels up but that is my only complaint. Would definetly stay again.

My husband is in a wheelchair so not ADA friendly but worth the stay , the name precedes itself as we had a show of whales all day long, beautiful sunsets at night with a great view, next door is the owner & had a great visit with him, very hospital so if you needed anything he was right there!

Beautiful setting. Easy access to Newport. Made for a nice relaxing stop on our trip. Would be very happy to stay again.

This is a wonderful and comfortable house. Named Whale of a View and it does not disappoint. We were so comfortable that we didnt even leave the house except for short walks in the neighborhood.

Three generations got to enjoy the beautiful views and relax for 2 nights. Such a quiet neighborhood.

Property manager was not flexible with either early checkin or late checkout

Just like at home, everyone has their own space, and we're all still togeather. Within an hours drive are months worth of activities. We can't wait to go back for another week or more.
