6BR Oceanfront Panoramic Views - 5 1/2 Baths - Near Newport - Great for Families

Wow! This place was perfect for our extended family. Six adults, two teens, and a very active three year old all felt like this was the perfect home! Beautiful view and open floor plan made it comfortable for all of us. When the sun shone we enjoyed the gorgeous wrap around porch and views and when there were showers here and there we got to enjoy the view from inside the warm and cozy room with a view like none other. In the evenings we watched the boats on the water and enjoyed every sunset together as a family. With so many places inside to gather as a family for meals or in the gorgeous kitchen we were able to cook and eat as a family. Just a short drive to town we could get all we needed in a few minutes and all the essentials were already here. The layout of bathrooms and separate bedroom areas made for privacy and comfort for all the families. There is an additional beautiful space upstairs over the garage but there were so many beds inside we didn’t even need to use that extra room. The house was exceptionally clean and well kept and the beds were so comfortable and extra linens were available. Great water pressure, quiet neighborhood, and honestly the best vacation home we have ever stayed in. Also the hosts were great about communicating when we had a question and the check in / check out process was easy too. This was the perfect home, thank you so much for sharing your beautiful views & lovely family home with us. We are already planning for next time!

Great place. Great view.

Our family of nine visited this lovely home for a long weekend. Everyone had their own space with two larger gathering rooms in between plus a well stocked kitchen. The beach was a lovely 6 minutes walk away. We did have a few questions during our stay which the hosts answered promptly. We all enjoyed an absolutely wonderful vacation!

Great view and great experience.Smoothest process for rent out of vacation home. Just wish there could be more than three cars that can be parked in the driveway.

Our book club stays here every year, and it’s always such a treat. The oceanfront setting is beautiful, and the home is well maintained, comfortable for all and well stocked with everything you’d need for a family gathering or, in our case, a fun book club retreat.

Wonderful location and house!

This house is wonderful, it’s big, beautiful, and accessible although you feel tucked away with privacy. The house is wide open with its unique structure that has an amazing front room and deck view above the ocean. This is the perfect set up for a get together, we had four branches of family staying here and never felt stepped on, it is just a beautiful and classy but cozy home. The hosts; Louise and Dennis communicate promptly and have detailed instructions that are easy to follow. If you’re looking for a beach getaway, I highly recommend this home!

Once again, our family had a perfectly wonderful time at this property. Our family of 10 is well accommodated with many bedrooms, comfortable beds, exceptionally clean and updated bathrooms and kitchen. Speaking of the kitchen, it is generously equipped with every type of cooking implement you could hope for. We usually cook a few meals and go out a bit and the kitchen is a dream to work in.The property itself is extremely quiet and private with plenty of parking. The view from the entire front of the house gives you a chance to enjoy the extraordinary view in all types of weather. On this trip we saw whales and even a bald eagle.Dennis and Louise are very hospitable hosts who share their beautiful home, offering an extra special time for our large family.

The host was very helpful; I did not have the house codes etc, due to wireless issues, and he called me to relay the information and make sure we got access.The house itself is simply… amazing! The quality of everything from the plush carpeting, the fantastic bedding to the wide picture windows and the true chef’s kitchen, everything was top notch! I have never stayed In such an elegant and well built home!

The house was immaculate and set up perfectly for the purpose of our leadership retreat. The guest rooms were very private and comfortable while there were a variety of seating arrangements that accommodated our purposes. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you could need. And, of course, the ocean view was stunning!! Dennis and Louise were excellent and communicative hosts. I would highly recommend their lovely home to anyone and hope to visit again. Our entire team enjoyed their experience and gave it high compliments.

The beach house was everything we had hoped for. The layout of the house gave our family plenty of room, the view was beautiful, the number of bathrooms and bedrooms was ideal and we really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and short walk to the beach. The owners were quick to respond to our questions and needs. We would definitely stay at this place again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful property. There was ample space for our party of 10 and the views were spectacular. The kids loved the ping pong and easy access to the beach. The house was well stocked with kitchen utensils, pots/pans, etc. Dennis and Louise thought of everything. This was our first trip to Oregon and we will definitely be back! We highly recommend this property.

Our stay at this lovely home in Newport exceeded expectations. It was spacious, comfortable, spotless, and incredibly well-appointed. The home had everything we needed for a family gathering. The two large living spaces were very comfortable and allowed our extended family plenty of space to gather and spread out. The five bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Although we did not need the extra room, there was another room over the garage. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for our family meals, and there were plenty of paper towels and cleaning supplies handy. Most of all, however, was the view of the coast. We had great weather and spent considerable time on the deck. But even when the weather was cloudy or cool, the bank of windows provided a great spot to watch for whales. We saw whales off shore from the living room several days during our stay. The photos in the listing were true to form. I am so happy we rented this tremendous house.

This was our 3rd consecutive stay in as many years at this lovely property which speaks to how much we enjoy it. It is well maintained and lacks for nothing. The view is spectacular, and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Dennis and Louise are the best of hosts, and we will be back for a 4th time without a doubt.

We enjoyed our stay! The home was beautiful and well maintained with lots of room and a spectacular ocean view with large windows from the living room. There was plenty of room for our family. A ping pong table, foosball and corn hole games on the property were an added plus! The owners were very responsive to several inquiries I sent them prior to our stay!

this was our second stay at this home. We plan a third.If that is not good enough as a reference, good luck.We have a lot of choices and we are going back. For reference: we are a group of 10 octogenarians and this place meets all our needs.

This house has been our favorite Vrbo so far! You walk in to the back sitting room and kitchen and just say “wow!” The views are amazing, the wooded walk down to the beach was so fun, so many plants we don’t have at home, and the house is just so welcoming. We were comfortable and it was SO clean. My husband and I came with some of our adult children and had a great time. It’s close to Newport with dining, the aquarium, and shopping. Honestly though, we just got take out or cooked for ourselves. The house was a respite from our busy lives. Loved our time there!

Perfect Beach House for a Graduation Weekend!We stayed at this beautiful and well-appointed home with our extended family to celebrate our son’s graduation from Oregon State University. The location was excellent and the home offered a spacious floor plan with comfortable bedrooms. The best part was the stunning ocean view from the back windows and the wrap-around deck. We all agreed this was a five-star vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house! Our group consisted of 4 couples and the house fit us perfectly with room to spare! We cooked meals in the beautiful kitchen, ate on the deck overlooking stunning views of the ocean, played ping pong in the garage, went on walks, talked and laughed and soaked up every last second together. The sunset views were particularly incredible. The house provided such a perfect place for us to relax and enjoy ourselves, surrounded by beauty. Every detail was thought of in this clean, beautiful and well stocked beach home! Highly recommend!

Celebrating Rosie’s 90th birthday with her three daughters and five granddaughters. Everything was perfect. This home is more beautiful than what we expected.

Our group of ten friends loved this home along the Oregon coast. The views are incredible and the house is so comfortable it was hard to leave. We took long walks on beach, played games and shared memories and meals around the huge dining room table. We hope to back again soon.

We love staying at this incredible beacse!The neighborhood is very quiet, beach access nearby and the deck on the oceanside with its panoramic view is secluded and quiet other than the sound of the ocean.Inside the main gathering space is quite large and well furnished for many activities. A group can gather for board games while another can watch a movie and others can sit and watch the changing beauty of the ocean feom well placed reclining chairs.The kitchen is well designed and perfectly stocked with cookware, bakeware and every utensil you could hope for.Bedrooms are carefully located providing quiet and privacy for each occupant. There are bathrooms for each 2 bedrooms as well as a primary suite.The garage provided our family hours of fun playing pingpong.This is our third time staying at this property and we hope to be back many more times for fun and memory making.

Beautiful and gorgeous view

The property is lovely, with a great view of the ocean. There was plenty of space for our 9 person quilting group and none of the bedrooms felt like an afterthought. (We have stayed at some places where a bedroom or two feels like a converted closet, not true here!) All of the bathrooms are also well-sized. The kitchen is abundantly stocked, with enough room for multiple cooks. One note. The host is dead serious about only three cars. Do not make the same mistake I did and assume that because all cars are on parking pads on the property and not visable from the street that you are ok. Apparently this is a county thing, but we have been renting in the county for 10 years and this is the first time we have been reprimanded. Totally my fault, just a heads up that if you have a group with chaotic schedules - like us! - that prevents car coordination I'd look at the provided list of overnight paid parking.We very much enjoyed our stay, and all agreed that it was the nicest property we had ever rented for our quilting weekend. Now if we could only get our car act together.......

We came to stay at this beautiful, 5-star, ocean view gem, to ring in the new year with my aging parents. The house had everything you could ask for, and we made fantastic memories, even though U of O lost the Rose Bowl.

The view from this property is absolutely amazing!! although the house has several stairs it was very navigable for us even my son-in-law in his wheelchair did fine. I’m afraid to leave such a wonderful review because then the secrets out and it might be hard next time we try to book this house but it was great

A truly amazing place with spectacular views and easy access to the beach. Plenty of room for the 10 people we had gathering. Fully equipped kitchen. Great wi-fi and entertainment setup. Great deck and living room gathering areas. We all had a meaningful time together and this place made it all the more special. You can tell this wonderful beach house is taken care of with love and care.

House was beautiful and very clean. Windows were spotless so that you could see the ocean which is not always the case with places we have rented in the past. House was everything as listed and loved the single level. The only negatives we had were the TV's were not Smart TV's and we couldn't get them to work. Had to contact the owner Dennis who responded quickly to assist as my boys wanted to watch baseball playoffs. Dennis told me it was probably time to upgrade. I told host that they should provide shower soap and shampoo in the bathrooms. We paid $650 a night, so that should be a standard. With a high price, comes higher expectations of basic products. Great house and I highly recommend.

Our group of friends from high school gathers somewhere on the Oregon beach once a year, and have been doing so for over 20 years. This was our first stay in the Newport area. We loved this house. From the minute you walk into this spacious home you see the ocean and feel instantly relaxed. There is so much space in this house, no one feels on top of anyone else. The beds and linens can make or break a stay. This was the first year no one complained about them, which says a lot. I was so impressed with the owners. They made us feel welcome in their home, and were very responsive, helpful, and gracious.

Very nice, one suggestion would be to have some kind of blinds on ocean view windows.

Five top notch bedrooms plus bonus room above garage, meant our whole family could stay in comfort. Luxurious home with one of the best stocked kitchens we have ever had. Finally, a gorgeous view, so even my Dad, who can hardly walk, could sit and look out over the ocean.
