Loved the place! Great views from every room and the hot tub was great. Close to lots of fun things to do in South beach and yachats. Would love to come back!

This house is amazing. It’s very spacious but still feels cozy. Cannot beat the view, huge deck and hot tub.

Lovely home!

This is a spectacular home located right on the beach. Lots of windows to enjoy the view of the beach and ocean. All three bedrooms have an amazing view of the ocean. Even the upstairs bathroom looks out to the beach. Very nicely decorated and just a great space for the family to hang. The deck is nice and large with lots of space and glass railing to enjoy the view of the beach/ocean. Nice outdoor table and chairs for six, a couple of outer on deck chairs, great bbq and hottub. We will definitely be coming back.

This was a beautiful and clean property with breathtaking views. Walk to the beach was short and my kids loved eating the wild blackberries on the way.

This is a beautiful home that is sitting on a bluff overlooking the ocean. There is access to the beach across the street; but it is a little tricky for someone who may have limited mobility. There is a BBQ on the awesome deck, but due to weather we weren’t able to take advantage of it. Restaurants are a short drive away. The only downfall that we would say is the beds are very firm. So that was an issue for our party of people. We stayed 3 nights and that was the max that my back could take. This is why we gave it four stars.

The house is perfect and the location is amazing. We had such a relaxing, refreshing getaway. Loved it!!

Loved the location and the layout of the home

Enjoyed the incredible view, great hot tub and the layout of the house. There are several things that the owner needs to upgrade though-particularly considering the cost. Very poor glassware, beds are too firm, BBQ need replaced, screen doors are so rusted they are difficult to close. Overall it’s a beautiful home with a great deck looking right down on the ocean. It’s the second time we’ve been there but not sure if we’d return with the cost going much higher.

Nice property is nice. Thanks to the owners for puting it out there for rent. The proximity to Newport / Waldport is very handy. Just a few minutes to groceries or whatever you need. Also close to good fishing and crabbing. Very comfortable bed in the master bedroom.

This home did not feel like a rental - it felt like staying in the personal residence of people who care about the warmth, decor, cleanliness and comfort of their home. By far the best home rental I have experienced in my 30+ years of renting vacation homes. We loved everything about this home.

Great ocean view and very private on the deck. Spent a month and had no big issues.
