I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my third time renting this house and it was once again great. Place was clean, with lots of towels supplied, outdoor area was perfect with a nice BBQ and fire pit. A few people who came for the day asked about maybe renting it. Highly recommend to anyone who likes to wake up right on the beach. During my stay this time, we saw whales, dolphins, and seals.

Stayed Aug 3, 2025The location was perfect for our needs. Kids and adults both enjoyed being right on the beach. Check in was easy. The kitchen had what we needed. One of the bedrooms can only be accessed through the other bedrooms, but we made it work.

Reviewer Comments: Beach house is clean, great location and access to the beach is excellent. We discovered the propane tanks to the gas bbq were near empty but a quick message to property management delivered a full one in timely manner. The twins bedroom is sandwiched between the other two bedrooms which was odd but would work for a family. All said we had a nice time.

Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at this beach rental, the weather was fantastic, surf spot right outside, and lots of beachcombing for rocks. The place is a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. The back bedroom is a little noisy from walkers passing by. Otherwise, highly recommend :)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 6th year staying at 272 Beach Dr. The house could really use a good deep cleaning. We do appreciate all the upgrades the homeowners have done over the years. Enjoyed walking down to Venus Spirits for cocktails and appetizers.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented this house for the last 6 years. This is one of the best locations, however the house needs a major deep clean. We have always used their linen service, however the quality of linen is subpar. Next year we are bringing our own. The house was fully stocked with household items except toilet paper.
