Pet-Friendly Home with Private Yard and Basement in a Great Colorado Location

What an awesome house and great location. Hosts were very responsive & even dropped off a regular coffee pot shortly after we texted and asked if there was one in the house, besides the Keurig sitting on the kitchen counter. We enjoyed our stay very much, house is styled very nice, beds were super comfy and we made use of the record player in the house which was a unique bonus, that we’ve never seen in other VRBO rentals. Overall, we would rent the house again in an instant and hope to return again next year to do some more exploring in the beautiful state of Colorado! Thanks for everything!

Lovely home with plenty of room for 2-8 people to be comfortable. A/C units keep up with cooling, ceiling fans and stand fans provide plenty of air circulation.Great location, easy to get to Estes Park and other stuff for recreation.Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at GiGi’s cottage so much I gave it my own hashtag #cutecoloradocottage. It was exactly what I hoped: a fenced yard for the dogs, plenty of space upstairs and down, well stocked kitchen for cooking, and fun, colorful decor. Our host was responsive and helpful. Well maintained older home with plenty of room to hang with family and friends

My family had a wonderful time. We did a lot of cooking in the very clean kitchen, and our furry family members particularly enjoyed the fenced backyard. Thank you so much for your thoughtful additions to the home.

This place immediately felt like home as soon as we got there. Everything inside was neat and clean. The extra supplies in the bathrooms were handy in case someone forgot something. Everything was easy to locate and accessible. If we ever need to book a VRBO again in that location, this is gonna be our first pick!

This property was perfect for me, my husband and MIL. The house had everything we wanted/needed and Josh, the owner, was SUPER responsive. We highly recommend this property! When we’re back in town, we will stay here again!
