Stayed Jul 4, 2024The quiet neighborhood was so welcoming. It was fun to sit on the front porch and watch neighbors walk by with their dogs! The backyard was nice, too. The house is charming because it is old, but well-equipped. And Julie was very responsive.

Stayed Dec 20, 2023My third stay in this house and would do it again. Perfect: comfortable, clean, quiet street and neighborhood. Can walk to Longmont downtown, with restaurants, local shopping stores, along beautiful streets. Nearby park to relax and play.

Stayed Jul 19, 2023We had a pleasant stay at this small but sweet house. The house was described as air conditioned but there was only one window unit in the living room. One bedroom has a ceiling fan and the other two had portable fans which were helpful. We were comfortable overall. I would suggest more lamps. Overall we enjoyed this lovely home.

Stayed Jul 2, 2023Julie was a kind host who was responsive and willing to work with us when our plans changed. The house is charming in all aspects, with all the creaks and personality you get from older homes. Just a note that the bed in the middle room, while comfy, is quite crinkly/creaky to sleep on; may be best for a single person. :) The house was very clean, well stocked, and the air conditioner kept us all comfortable. Fun neighborhood for your morning run/walk/bike!
