Stayed May 30, 2026We really enjoyed our stay. The location is ideal for branching out into other areas of the east side of Colorado. Stayed Oct 23, 2025We were there for a family funeral traveling with an elderly parent. Blake allowed us to check in early so Mom could rest. He also gave permission for us to check out late. It was very considerate and helpful.

Stayed Oct 3, 2025The best vacation rental we’ve ever booked! Super clean and comfortable, spacious, and a great location. We stayed with two kids 5 and under, the short walk to the playground made keeping them entertained during down times easy. Quick drive to Denver, Boulder, and Estes. The owners were great about communicating on check in and check out too. Great stay, would recommend to anyone!

Stayed Dec 22, 2024Two couples stayed here for a holiday visit with familly in Boulder. The townhouse was well-suited for us with comparable king ensuite bedrooms. Location was convenient. Very well-appointed kitchen. A couple of recommendations: king-sized pillows are very difficult to sleep on for many people (all 4 of us!); it would be nice to have a couple of standard pillows in each room. Another luggage rack in each room and additional towels would also be an improvement.

Stayed Oct 13, 2024Well decorated and convenient location just a short distance from grocery and restaurants. Comfy beds, great TVs, private garage and laundry all a plus during our week-long stay. Place was very clean, an extra round of towels and paper towels would be a helpful addition in the event of longer stays.
