One House to beach- beach chairs & badges too!

House was in a great location with the beach across the street. House was well equipped and we had an enjoyable stay. Roof deck was nice for watching sunset.

Overall, this house was great. Owner is responsive. Beautiful views of the ocean, great decks & lots of seating options within the house. They had a lot of beach chairs and other beach amenities that were very considerate and useful. To make this house a 5 star, there would be a couple of things that I would suggest. First, is in the primary bedroom. There's a large picture window that has no window coverings so the sun shines in very early in the morning. I don't know about you but when I'm on vacation, I don't want to get up at 6 am every day and there is absolutely no way to cover this window. When the sun rises, it beams down on the bed and it gets very hot. I'm not sure why there is no window covering but the room is so bright you can't sleep. Also, the bed makes so much noise when you move that even people in the room below can hear anytime a person turns over. Another suggestion would be towel racks or a coat hanger that can support multiple towels. Downstairs, there are 3 bedrooms that can sleep up to 6 people. There is 1 small towel rack in the bathroom so when you shower, there is no where to hang your towels. No hooks on the doors, nothing. I understand that that people probably rip the racks out of the walls but a standing coat rack would be helpful if they don't want to put holes in the walls. The last things are the vertical blinds & shower mat. The blinds were constantly falling off and we ended up making a pile of them. The shower mat had mold.

Great location! Nice layout for multigenerational vacation. Enjoyed evenings on the roof deck.

Just got home from our wonderful week of vacation and could not have asked for a better experience! Mike, the host, is extremely friendly and was vey responsive to all our questions. House was beautiful and very well stocked with beach items to bring right across the street for a perfect beach day. We enjoyed the rooftop deck every night to see the beautiful sunsets over the bay. The house is also in a perfect location, close enough to shops and activities, but far enough away to be very peaceful and quiet. We’re already planning a return trip and can’t wait to stay here again!!

Great location and house!

Trip was great, property is in an excellent location, short walk to the beach.

I was disappointed that the air conditioning did not reach the second level. fortunately, there were fans in the rooms upstairs. The house needs updating.

Weather was great, temperature in house hard to regulate, plenty of room for everyone to do their thing, close to beach access, many decks for different activities, very family oriented.

Property and view were amazing. Had a great time would love to stay there again.
