Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had almost perfect weather for 2 weeks. The house is nicely updated and sleeps many guests. The central AC is good for the entire house. The upstairs is clean and does not have that attic smell that some cape cods have. All the places to visiit are close by this house, but the location of the house itself is quiet. There are good neighbors on both sides of the house. We had a great time, as usual.
