Our home is located on the oceanside of LBI and is large enough for two families to share. If you know LBI, you understand why oceanside is more desirable than bayside. No need to wait for the long lines of traffic to clear on Bay Ave. to get to the beach. The beach is two blocks away. Fantasy Island, shops, restaurants, and Beach Haven's major attractions are also within walking distance. You can get by the whole week without a car.

Stayed Aug 9, 2025Incredible location steps away from Bay Village and Fantasy Island. We used our car once to go for a cruise on the Miss Barnegat Light. Ample parking and plenty of beds for a big family. Host was easy to work with and quick to respond to questions. We have a great stay!

Stayed Sep 4, 2021Second time renting this place and it was even better than last time. Lots of space even for over 10 guests, both sleeping space and living space (indoor and outdoor). Nice fenced in back yard with plenty of furniture and a grill. Owners communication was phenomenal and well organized. You shouldn’t want for anything more if you rent this place.

Stayed Sep 10, 2020Communication with the owner was easy and accommodating. Everything was clean and we'll setup when we got there, and immediately noticed that it was very well setup for sleeping a group of 11 like ourselves. Great private backyard space as well as large communal spaces for dining and living room. And the location from the in town spots as well as the beach was the perfect balance.

One block from bay Village and a very short two blocks to the beach. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again. Al’s place is unbeatable for the price. Thanks again!
